An unexpected oasis in the middle of Seattle, the Waterfall Garden Park is an ideal location not just for a quick sightseeing stop but also for relaxation and enjoying one's peace of mind, which is quite possible even with the tourists' crowds around. There are ample chairs and benches provided for one's comfort. Highly recommended.

I have a different meaning of the words waterfall and garden. We walked to the location where it was suppose to be located and could not find it. A sightseeing guide came by and told us it was across the street. When we got there it was a waterfall and garden area however.......it was located inside a building and the... More

This is located near the Pioneer Square. Free to go into. You literally walk into a closed building where there is a huge waterfall. You can sit at a table and just relax watching the waterfall.

We happened to park on the street next to Waterfall Park -- and wandered through. Lovely spot with an impressive waterfall, with tables and chairs so you can take a break. Definitely stop in.

We decided to stop by here just to check it off our list. The park and falls are a little jewel in the city. Well manicured with diverse gardens and a large waterfall. Shady tables and benches to sit a relax for a bit.

This small park ( 60' x 108') truly beckons on a hot, summer day. It has two levels -- an upper terrace, protected by a transparent trellis roof, and a lower area, open to the sky, that features a 22-foot-high waterfall flowing over granite boulders. The waterfall creates a feeling of being in a forest rather than a major city.... More

What a lovely, peaceful spot in the middle of the city! UPS apparently has developed this park for the enjoyment of locals and visitors alike. Don't miss it!

Part of the pioneer neighborhood, this park is very small. On A hot day it would be worth a visit for the shade offered by the many trees.

Hard to believe this is smack dab in an urban environment; sure wish L.A. had something comparable. Beautiful water falls and trees provide a lovely and tranquil environment; great place to bring a bag lunch or just take a break after walking around the city.

Would have been cool if it was open and running. But it was closed and I didn't have the opportunity to see it or enjoy it.
