It's a really old amphibious vehicle, so it's not fair to expect a luxury comfort experience. It's not that. It is fun, though. The tour guide ('Ben D. Rules') was high energy and informative. Both the road and lake portions of the tour were very enjoyable, though we were surprised at the cognitive dissonance-driven discomfort as the vehicle first begins... More

This was my 1st time on the "Duck" Sept. 2009. It was fun and interesting to see and learn about Seattle, WA. I recommend this for site-seeing. The Duck is a land and sea vehicle. We went out onto Lake Union. We were lucky tat our Captain was entertaining.

Very unusual type of the sightseeing and lots of fun. I'm pretty sure your ride depends a lot on the driver you have, but ours was a very entertaining one who made us laugh and sing : ) It was not expensive and we saw a lot - not only from the ground, but also from the lake as well.... More

I've been on a few duck tours in different cities. Some give more information, some are more scenic. This one is more for fun. A lot of jokes, gimmicks, and music. I wish there were more facts and information. Sometimes it was hard to tell what was a joke and what was a real. Don't get me wrong, the captain... More

This is the best way to see Seattle in short period time - 90 minutes. It's so much fun and time just flies by seems like you just got on and it's over.Would recommend to anyone who has time in Seattle to see the highlights and some things that even residents have never seen.Try it you'll like it.

We had guests in town and had always been curious about this tour, so hopped aboard. The driver was well-versed and shared places and things even we weren't aware of. To see the city from different viewpoints, and then spend time on Lake Union was wonderful. We would highly recommend this to people of all ages, residents or tourists.

You will be entertained as well as informed as you tour both land and water. The guide keeps you involved with songs and stories. It is the way we show our guests Seattle!

The tour takes about an hour and a half and winds through the highlights of the center of the city. The bus/boat goes past most of the major landmarks downtown, and then slips into Lake Union for a run past some of the floating homes, and views of the space needle and Gasworks park and other points along the lake.... Don't wait! Book it… Load up near the Space Needle and then get ready for duck quackers and rock and roll. I suggest you wear warm clothes, snag a seat next to a window and plan for an open air, breezy , irreverent drive thru Seattle, ending up in Lake Union! So much fun, our driver was fabulous, engaging everyone... More
