We usually try to do a quick and dirty Red Bus tour when in a city to get a quick overview of the city when time is limited. Since there is no Red Bus tour in Seattle we saw the Duck Boat tour. It sounded cheesy but we decided to do it anyway. It was a blast. Highly recommend it.... More

This was a fun way to get an overview of Seattle. The highlight is going into Lake Union. The drivers/tour guides are kind of cheesy, but fun if you just go with it.

Awesome!! Our group included 4 adults and 3 children ages 8yrs, 5yrs and 19 months. It was a blast everyone had a great time. Our captain (Dan O'mite) was informed, enthusiastic, and very entertaining. We purchased our tickets online but you can get them on site. The duck whistle is a must. Recommend this to any one visiting Seattle.

If you are in Seattle and want to see what to do here, get on the Ride the Ducks tour and see Seattle from both land and water. I had so much fun because the captain plays lots of music, dances, and educates you all at the same time. It's refreshing and energizing for 2 hours! I would highly recommended... More

The last time we did a duck tour was in Boston in 2001 with very small kids and we enjoyed it then. We thought our teenagers would find it a little childish but it was great fun and we all enjoyed quacking and dancing along the route. The driver, Dane Gerzone, was really knowledgeable and very funny. It was an... More

Our tour guide was great. Taking the duck out on the lake was a lot of fun. Seeing the floating houses and the cityscape was beautiful. The Duck is geared towards children and the duck whistles can be a bit annoying.

This was probably my favorite tourist thing on my recent trip to Seattle. Our kids, age 8 and 10, had a great time. We got to see a lot of the city and local landmarks in a very short amount of time. I was a little concerned about the money but it was totally worth it. I would recommend this... More

I have done 2 duck tours in other cities (Austin Texas and Boston) which were both great. This one in Seattle was very disappointing. We sat in traffic more than we moved. I realize the driver could not prevent this, but he could have entertained us with history, facts and information about Seattle. He instead talked a lot about the... More

This was our first tour on the duck. Our tour guide was great! Very enthusiastic, informative, and wore many hats, literally! It was great! There was a family of 5 in front of my family of 7 occupying the front half of the bus. The back half was occupied by a bunch of Asian college student. Our tour guide was... More

This was our first time in Seattle and our first ever Duck Tour. It was very entertaining and fun. The young kids got bored toward the end, but all the adults had a great time.
