Great historical tour and educational. This company keeps the groups small; whereas the other company your traveling in herds. Your ticket also gets you a happy hour priced drink at a cool bar you'll tour under!

We just finished the tour and enjoyed every minute if it. Our guide, Jim, was amazing, knowledgeable and entertaining. One in our party had previously gone on a competitor's tour and said this one was better with a better view of the sidewalk skylights from underground. Great experience!

Our first visit to Seattle and we thought it would be interesting to do an underground tour and learn more about the history of the city. This was a new tour company that I didn't realize existed and we were actually going to book with the other company. So glad we went with this one as there were only 8... More

This is a quirky part of Seattle's history - how the streets come to be at the level of the second story. This company is new, created by ex-guides from the other company that does underground tours. It keeps the tour numbers small and the focus is on the history and the engineering. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour.

This was a really interesting ~70 minute tour which was enjoyed by all members of our family including 3 kids - ages 15, 13, and 9. The two adults in the group had taken the more well-known underground tour several years ago and we both liked this one better. This tour made more sense and explained how Seattle evolved and... We had a great time on the tour and learned so much about Seattle's history. Our tour guide Jack was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He was able to answers everyone's question and was very family appropriate. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Seattle and interested in its history.

This is a great way to spend an hour. Our guide, Jim, was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really kept our interest the whole time. He wasn't jokey or silly but more like your favorite history professor in college (if you had one!). The tour is about half "above ground" so don't let the name fool you. We had several stops... The tour provided a good history of the birth & rebirth of a great city. Our tour guide (Jim) definitely kept our interest & with great facts & humor. Would recommend this tour above others as the group was smaller & questions were address & efficiently answered.

Extremely interesting history of Seattle, with visits to some of the original underground properties of the city. Info digestible by adults & kids alike (ours are 15, 13, & 8 and all enjoyed). One underground stop was especially dank & moldy - but that is to be expected. You're underground, after all. And I didn't love that the start-off point... More

We took the tour on July 1 & thought it was fantastic! Our guide, Jim, was knowledge & thoroughly entertaining. We saw several areas underground & really were able to understand how this came to be. The groups were small- 8-10 people- as opposed to the 48 I counted on the competition's tour! The price was also cheaper (by $2.00)... More
