Greatest team building exercise ever! The whole group gave thumbs up, and not provoked. We enjoyed ourselves, learned a lot, and ate and drank magnificently. Muriel was so patient with us. The whole experience was dreamy!

We enjoyed bringing our family to learn the art of making macarons with Muriel. She was a very patient instructor, and made sure to keep the kids in our group engaged. We had a great experience and got to eat delicious cookies with plenty to take home. I would definitely recommend taking a class from Muriel and Paris Eastside.

Took the macaron class never having made one before. The class made 3 types, 1 savory, 2 sweet. Excellent, hands-on class, with wonderful teacher (Muriel) and extremely helpful assistant (Kelley) and very fun participants. A glass of champagne and a sample of each type of macaron along with some to take home to "show off to family" made the time... More

I took my 9 year old son for Muriel's cooking class for kids and he absolutely loved the class. He enjoyed the attention he received and was very excited to have the opportunity to be part of the whole baking process from kneading the dough to eating the final cookie. In fact, we happened to be at Paris Eastside when... More

If you want an interesting and fun experience in Seattle, take a class from Muriel! I took the lunch class which was just the right length (90 minutes including eating a great meal) and the right amount of hands on training. And the products in the shop will make you want to visit Paris soon!
