I always heard that Macarons where difficult to make! Muriel made it very easy! I had a blast that Saturday morning learning to make Lavender, Coconut/Chocolate and Roquefort Macarons. Yes, Roquefort Macarons for a salty appetizer! Greatest idea ever and delicious! Generous, fun, informative, Muriel spend 3 hours with us teaching us her secret on how to make perfect Macarons.... Muriel made the impossible possible during her French Macaron class. During this private class for six, she dedicated herself to us by introducing ingredients, explaining processes, and making sure the class was fun. From "bubble bath" to "elephant trunk" to "bird beak", our labor of love turned into the most delicious macarons ever. It's a great feeling being able to... More

Enjoyed a "Sisters Weekend" in Seattle. One of my sisters booked us a group class where we made a scrumptious Salmon Quiche with a melon dessert. Great fun visiting, learning new techniques (I've been cooking for 40 years) and meeting new people. Muriel was awesome, informative, and fun. Our quiche tasted great and we had a full lunch and dessert... More

I have taken several cooking classes at Paris Eastside and learn something new each time. We prepared Cassoulet, a salad and mousse de nougat. Again, Muriel made what I thought would be a challenge to prepare seem easy. She is a great teacher and a delight to be around. The best part is sharing what we made at the end... More

I took my mom for her birthday and we had such a great time cooking and socializing with everyone. Muriel was absolutely awesome and super sweet! She took time to talk in between and she had everyone participate. We didn't just sit around and watch her cook, we actually got in there with her and helped make all of the... More

I took some team members for a moral event and it was awesome. Very great food, lovely atmosphere and even though I cook French everyday I learnt some great tips and recipes!

Muriel's Gluten Free desserts were absolutely delicious and Donny's wine pairings were impeccable. Perfect way to spend a couple of fun hours with a friend and to pick up some lovely French imports for your home and kitchen as an added bonus. Thank you Muriel for a lovely time and some great recipes!

I tried Muriel's lunch class the other day; this was my very first cooking class experience in the US. I love cooking and besides the taste of the food, using local/fresh ingredients, presentation of the plate, and enjoying meal with friends are very important for me. Muriel's cooking class satisfied me all things I consider to be "great cooking class".... More
