We were there during Spring Break...but the campus was just beautiful. Cherry blossoms were in bloom.

Took the bus from downtown Seatlle into Ballard and then over to the University of Washington for a fun afternoon. This is one of the most beautiful campuses I've ever seen. We also visited the Burke Museum while we were there. They had some great exhibits!

We so enjoyed walking around on a quiet Saturday, marveling at the gorgeous buildings and grounds. Go on a weekday if you want to experience the visitor's center, libraries, and book store on campus.

Yup, I'm a UDUB grad and local. I've visited some beautiful campuses like Pepperdine and UC Santa Barbara and some oustentatious campuses like Harvard and Yale, but the U's got it all...classy traditional sometimes ostentatious sometimes funky. If you are on campus don't miss the Burke Museum or the nearby arboretum.

It is a beautifully laid out campus. There are 50-yr old cherry tree in the Quad the are amazing in the Spring. Around the corner you will find a huge fountain with Mt Rainier perfectly framed behind it. Awesome sight on a clear day -- when "the mountain is out!" It is also an excellent school scholastically with a renowned... More

The UW Campus is absolutely gorgeous no matter what time of year you show up with the historic buildings, but I definitely recommend that you head down there during Cherry Blossom Season! The pink trees are a big attraction and a great opportunity for good photos. Parking on campus is expensive, however you do get money back when you leave... More

We went bike riding and exploring. The buzz of a university is already youthful and filled with energy, but the architecture is hypnotizing.

University of Washington campus was breathtaking. Beautiful school and I loved their vegetable garden. It's on the water so pack a lunch and enjoy the views. Down the block is the underpass sculpture of an ogore- nice place to get a cute picture.

I graduated from here, so it was a nice bit of nostalgia to visit it. The campus is always lovely, but I would strongly suggest coming in mid March to appreciate the cherry blossoms. The library also has a beautiful quiet room with stained glass and the gargoyles on the old buildings are unique and fanciful.

Very large, well laid out campus. Beautiful buildings. Would recommend visiting the library. Student store is located off campus on 15th.
