Nice to tour or even to drive through. Husky Stadium is right on the water and very unique among collegiate stadiums. You can even just drive through on your way from Fremont to Lake Washington and see much of the campus during the drive.

Beautiful campus and library. Take a tour. The fountain with Mt. Rainier in the background is wonderful.

During the spring, the cherry blossoms at the UW are a definite MUST SEE. Bring a picnic blanket to enjoy the gentle falling petals...and a camera to capture the beauty.

Went to my second book launching party for a lovely, talented author of her first (published) novel "Letters to Zell". After paying $5 for parking at the University Bookstore for "after hours rate" - went in to find an eclectic collection of people who are ardent followers of this new author. The bookstore itself is cozy but huge (sounds impossible... More

The Medical School there was fabulous. They treated my 93 yr old dad with love and respect and did a great job on his heart! He's still with us and doing great!

Such a pretty campus. Stunning view of Mt. Rainer from the fountain. We rented bikes through Pronto and rode around.

The grounds are beautiful especially the view of Mt Rainer with the fountain in the foreground. The employees are very friendly and parking is easy to find. It is spread out and there is lots of school spirit. It is expensive and there is a lot of information to soak in. It's a large campus with 60,000 people in "the... More

Very pretty campus, a mix of old and modern architecture. Went on the university tour as it was a prospective college for the kids. If it was closer to home it would be a definite consideration.
