Everything about the walking tours was amazing. Jake is very passionate about Seattle and it really shows. I did both tours and was very happy that I did. I learned things about Seattle that I would have never known without Jake. He recommended other tours and restaurants and they did not disappoint. You have to tour with Jake...you won't regret... Jake the tour guide was so incredibly amazing. This tour was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. He was so energetic, informative, friendly, and had so many connections with the vendors in the marketplace. This is a MUST DO tour if you're in Seattle!!!

We went on both the Marketplace Experience as well as Seattle 101, and each tour was led by Jake, who owns the company. He was an incredible guide who was incredibly knowledgable as well as entertaining. He knew lots of the vendors in the marketplace, and as the tour went along we stopped at various points to interact with the... More

Let me start by saying, if you plan on visiting Seattle the first thing you should do is sign up with Jake for both his tours. If you do nothing else Jake's tours are so full of information and tips you will basically have an excellent foundation for discovering the city. This review is on his market tour; easy directions... I attended the Pike Place Market Tour and Seattle 101 Tour back to back on the same day. Our guide Jake gave a thorough explanation of how the market works, why it still exists today, and why it's the local's favourite place to be. He also brought us to sample foods from stalls he liked - there was absolutely no... More

We would highly recommend these tours in Seattle. It was a great way to orientate yourself in Seattle and Jake was a great tour guide. Seeing the Pike Markets early in the morning before the crowds came in gave you a great insight to how they work. If you have the time we would highly suggest you also do the... More

I would recommend this tour to anyone who is going to Seattle. I took their flagship tour 101 - Jack actually has a Flag for that :). Jack - the tour guide is very well informed about the history of Seattle, very personable, funny and well travelled. He is very good with suggesting other free stuff - like free brewery... More

Tour guide Jake made the Pike Street Market come alive, with food samples, history lessons and much more. The hour-long free (donations accepted) tour was a fabulous first look at a Seattle institution. We went back for meals and purchases and more exploration on our own.

Informative, Fun, well worth the time, and price of admission. Jake has tapped the pulse of Pikes Place Market and brought it closer to you. Just take the time and you will learn things only the locals would know.

This was actually my second time to do this tour. Jake is absolutely awesome. You would not want anyone else to do this tour--he is in love with Seattle. He has shortened the Seattle tour to just under 2 hours and separated out most of the Pike's Place Market stuff into a separate tour. I recommend both (although probably not... More
