The Seattle Uwajimaya is a great place to get Asian food, books, and other things. They have a great food court with many options for a quick and inexpensive meal. I loved looking at all the fun goods that are hard for me to find at home.

This is a review of the Bellevue store, I have also been to the Seattle store in the past and they are both wonderful. On this visit at the Bellevue market we got: fresh Uni (sea urchin) just brought in to the store, it was wonderful. Fresh clams, fresh Dungenes crabs, beautiful cooked octopus from Japan. When I say fresh,... More

A well stocked grocery store within a larger shopping area with just about any Asian country represented food-wise. There is also a Japanese store stocked with just about anything you could possibly want imported from Japan. Bring your empty tummy. Nice selection of food vendors with everything from seafood, to deli style, to fresh cooked food and bakeries. The best... More

Uwajimaya is a fun place to explore Asian food, books, and myriad of other goods. It is a perfect place to find those rare or authentic Asian ingredients you need for cooking, too. They have a great little food court with kitchens selling baked items, Korean, Thai, Chinese, and more.

We loved going here...the rare fruits and veggies...the fresh fish...the home goods and gift shop area...everything. We were surpriced by the super small portions of the packed meats and fish. We loved it! A must!!

Asian food and gift market that is filled with every type of Asian food that you could think of. Fresh food, produce, pkg food. We loved going down very aisle just looking at everything. My kids enjoyed all the fresh fish, live fish (especially the craw dads!). Just a fun experience while in Chinatown.

I put this on our list because we have kids that love anime and manga and one of them speaks Mandarin Chinese so we always check out Asian things when we travel. We hit the bookstore part first and everyone went wild! There is a lot of anime and manga but tons and tons of cute little tchotchkes as well.... More

Uwajimaya is an awesome Asian store with a huge selection of Japanese, Chinese, and other Asian foods. We lived in Japan for 3 years and came back in 2012 so we are always so excited to see items we could get in Japan at Uwajimaya. Of course the price for these items is higher because they import it. There is... More

I loved my visit to this supermarket. The fish department was phenomenal. It was beautifully displayed and looked fresh and delicious. The produce was equally eye-appealing with a wonderful variety. It is the nicest Asian market I have ever been in from China, to Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, NYC, PHL... I only wished that I lived in Seattle to be able... More

Although I'm not at all fond of their food court, I do love the store, which is actually several stores in one. You'll find a massive Asian grocery store, including fresh meats, fish and poultry, as well as a beautiful produce section. It's one-stop-shopping at its finest! The employees are very helpful which is good, because I sometimes have difficulty... More
