A Seattle sightseeing tour where you not only learn about the city of Seattle, but takes your photos from being merely snapshots of where you were to help you capture what you really experienced. Our award winning professional photographers share composition ideas in a fun interactive way as you tour the city. With the addition of a new tour bus in 2011, we now offer driving tours. Our Snoqualmie Falls driving tour route includes a lunch with all the food sourced that morning at the Pike Place Market. You'll see the Cascade foothills, a train museum with full-size trains, Snoqualmie Falls and the town of Snoqualmie famous for the the real “Twin Peaks” of the Pacific Northwest. We then go back to the city to take in all the fun photos spots including the Ballard Locks, Fremont Troll, Kerry Park and more. Need a quick view of the city? Then take our 3.5 hour city tour which includes stops at the Ballard Locks, Fisherman's Terminal (made famous by the Deadliest Catch series on TV), West Seattle, Fremont Troll, Gasworks park and other great stops. « less

I went on the shuttle tour in Seattle and was impressed with instrtuctor's knowledge and the personal attention he gave to each one of us on the tour. We all came away with new techniques and each of us left that day better photographers. I can't wait to sign up for the next one! In addition to the photography, my... More

I did the 3 hour walking tour of Seattle beginning and ending at Pike Place Market. Jamie, our tour guide, was so helpful-beginning with getting me on the best settings on my camera. I took over 300 pictures. With tips on framing, rule of thirds, shooting from the heart--my pictures turned out great. In fact, I can't believe some of... More

Shutter Tours knows how to do it right! My son and I took the tour to Snoqualmie Falls and the walking tour of the Pike Place Market area in July. From the outset Terry, the owner of the company, took the time to explain the tour to Snoqualmie so we knew exactly what we were signing up for. Because he... More

My family and I had the pleasure of spending the greater part of the morning and early afternoon today with Shutter Tours of Seattle. I really enjoyed the Walking Tour. It was a fun way to review some photography rules or guidelines and learn about the city. Also the guide showed us places to get interesting angles and how to search for different pictures. More
