Stephen, our tour guide rocked! We wanted a fun way to see Seattle with our two children (teen and pre-teen). The Seattle by Segway was the highlight of their trip. Stephen our tour guide invested a great deal of time up-front on safety and operating lessons. He was patient and made sure everyone was comfortable. Helmets are provided. We then... More

We have ridden Segways on three different continents in four different cities. This Segway experience in Seattle was among the very best. Our guide Stephen was outstanding in both training and providing a guided tour of Seattle. We took our friends who had never ridden Segways before and they loved the experience. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

My family of 5 took this tour in Seattle, last minute, and were so impressed! Our guide, Eric, had to deal with our hot mess family showing up really late, but was still so professional and easy going, even staying way later than he should've had to to visit with us and answer all of our questions. The tour was... More

Riding a Segway is really fun and a great way to take a tour! Unfortunately, the downtown waterfront of Seattle is under construction and not very pretty. Our tour guide, Austin, wasn't very interesting. There wasn't much historical info given and what info he did give was so stilted by his left-wing political views that it was mostly annoying. Overall,... More

My extended family of 8 took this tour in Seattle. My parents, brother and his wife,my husband, my kids, and I all has a blast! Ezra was really awesome. He was VERY patient with us and let us go at our own speed. The Segway's were really fun but did take some getting used to. Ezra was really good about... More

We had a nice and informative guide, but the weather was not cooperative in the slightest. I understand that it rains in Seattle, but trying to use a Segway in the driving rain and wind was just uncomfortable. I wore a rain jacket and still ended up soaked. The other couple on the tour was shaking so bad from the... More

Visiting Seattle for the 1st time with my family from the UK. We'd been on a Segway Tour before. But this tour was the best. Our guide Austin had great Knowledge, also great fun with it. It only takes a few minutes to become accustomed with the Segway, anyone of all ages can ride these. Although the city in some... More

This is a great way to see a large part of the city in two hours, seeing many of the landmarks. Our guide, Austin, was informative, helpful, and funny from the minute we walked into the office. I've done segway tours in other cities, and this one ranks at the top.

We should have heeded another reviewer's advice and not arrived at the location too early. This area of town is a little sketchy and even though we were told to arrive 15 minutes early, they don't really open the doors until just before your scheduled time. Regardless, Jonathan did a great job instructing us and was very personable and helpful.... More
