In an effort to show our nephew from Georgia the excitement and vitality of the northwest we sought out a floatplane scenic tour for him at the last minute on a sunny Seattle afternoon. The folks at Seattle Seaplane could not have been more cordial and efficient. Literally within 45 minutes we had contacted them by phone, gotten directions to... More

Me and my son took the scenic seaplane tour today and we loved it. Humble, smiling and very helpful both the ladies in the reception and the pilot lady. Terrific views and experience of a lifetime. Jon

I have wanted to get my seaplane "add-on" for years. Finally the stars aligned, and Seattle Seaplanes, especially "girl Friday" Yvette, made it possible. Kit and Bob were my instructors, and they were great! It was a lot of work, but really the most fun I have had in over 40 years of flying. Incidentally, their airplanes are superbly maintained,... I didn't know what to get my "guy who has everything" for Christmas, so I ended up taking him on the 20 minute scenic seaplane tour (It was a surprise and he loved it) for his present. Sure, maybe I could have gotten him a shirt or something and it would have been cheaper, but this was one of the... More

My wife and I visited Seattle last month for my birthday. I have always wanted to go up in a seaplane and land back onto water however there are not many places that do it now or they are too expensive. We booked this excurion 24 hrs before and couldn't believe our luck as not only did we get in... More

A Catamaran actually, quite fast. Trip to Victoria BC, Canada from Seattle. 08:00 hrs to 10:45 hrs. Journey was enjoyable. Service was excellent. Duty free goods available. Coffee was hot! Perhaps the port and starboard windows could be cleaned more frequently.

We were driving on the highway and saw the sign and pulled off. There happened to be a spot opened within a hour. The trip was awesome! We fly so close to the space needle we felt we could almost touch the people!! The other views were good as well the pilot also let me steer which was a little... More

The great staff at Seattle Seaplanes made it possible for us to surprise our parents with a 50th anniversary celebration that they will always remember. They had a beautiful, sunny afternoon for their flight and could see everything from Mt. Rainier out to the Olympics. The flight itself is one of the best ways to see Seattle and much more... More
