My wife and I visited Seattle last month for my birthday. I have always wanted to go up in a seaplane and land back onto water however there are not many places that do it now or they are too expensive. We booked this excurion 24 hrs before and couldn't believe our luck as not only did we get in... More

A Catamaran actually, quite fast. Trip to Victoria BC, Canada from Seattle. 08:00 hrs to 10:45 hrs. Journey was enjoyable. Service was excellent. Duty free goods available. Coffee was hot! Perhaps the port and starboard windows could be cleaned more frequently.

We were driving on the highway and saw the sign and pulled off. There happened to be a spot opened within a hour. The trip was awesome! We fly so close to the space needle we felt we could almost touch the people!! The other views were good as well the pilot also let me steer which was a little... More

The great staff at Seattle Seaplanes made it possible for us to surprise our parents with a 50th anniversary celebration that they will always remember. They had a beautiful, sunny afternoon for their flight and could see everything from Mt. Rainier out to the Olympics. The flight itself is one of the best ways to see Seattle and much more... More

I had been debating on Seattle Seaplanes and another company for sightseeing and went with Seattle Seaplanes for the simple fact that a smaller company typically prides themselves on service. I definitely see that these guys stand by that. We managed to depart from Lake Union and do a quick fly around before our flight got grounded due to the... More

Our seaplane tour was fantastic! 20 minutes literally flew by. Our pilot put us at ease right away and told us what we would see. We enjoyed it because we waited until toward the end of our week vacation so we knew what we were looking at from the air.

This is a fun adventure for all ages. Taking off in a seaplane from Lake Union is quite an experience. It's a fairly quick loop around the city but a good bargain compared to similar offerings in Alaska (half the price).

This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Seattle. James our Captain was full of enthusiasm and was brilliant at pointing out all the interesting places, including the house boat where they made Sleepless in Seattle!! Not only is James a most competent pilot but he is also extremely amusing - Are you sure your evening job James isn't... More

We were nervous until we met the pilot. A wonderful, unique way to see all of the special qualities of Seattle. Took my 11 year old - he had a blast. Definitely worth it.
