This was my first genuine tour of Seattle. I was very fortunate to go on a flight on a day that the weather was ideal for a seaplane flight. All the photos I took were absolutely amazing. My pilot, Kit was very informative and took safety very seriously. I don't know of other sightseeing operators who fly in and out... More

We took the sea plane to the San Juan Islands and it was great! Loved the view and the experience. This is definitely a must do while in Seattle excursion. A little pricy, but well worth the money. I would do it again.

We took a seaplane ride up to the San Juan Islands, lasted 90 minutes. Great way to see how expansive the Islands area really is. Somewhat pricey but still fun.

Such a fun excursion. Airplane takes off in a lake that has sailboats, yachts and other activity. Fun to be out on there with other watercraft, then you take off! Great our of Seattle, waterways, views of Mt Ranier, and after 20 minutes you get to buzz the Space Needle on your way back to the lake...It seems so close... More

There are two seaplane operations on Lake Union in Seattle. One is big and impersonal and airline-like in their operations. Then there is the exact opposite: small, fun, casual, and yet still highly professional. This is Seattle Seaplanes. Seattle Seaplanes operates three smallish floatplanes from the protected waters of Lake Union. Most visitors opt for their 45-minute ariel tour of... More

The highlight of my trip. I'm an aviation fan, so definitely my thing. Our pilot was great, the weather was good, and I got a nice overview of the city. Definitely worth the money.

In an effort to show our nephew from Georgia the excitement and vitality of the northwest we sought out a floatplane scenic tour for him at the last minute on a sunny Seattle afternoon. The folks at Seattle Seaplane could not have been more cordial and efficient. Literally within 45 minutes we had contacted them by phone, gotten directions to... More

Me and my son took the scenic seaplane tour today and we loved it. Humble, smiling and very helpful both the ladies in the reception and the pilot lady. Terrific views and experience of a lifetime. Jon

I have wanted to get my seaplane "add-on" for years. Finally the stars aligned, and Seattle Seaplanes, especially "girl Friday" Yvette, made it possible. Kit and Bob were my instructors, and they were great! It was a lot of work, but really the most fun I have had in over 40 years of flying. Incidentally, their airplanes are superbly maintained,...
