This was my first year on one of the argosy ships (last year I went on a personal boat and followed). I enjoy the ships and the lights, but the choir is very quiet. On board they make no announcement for when they begin to sing so my date and I missed all the performances. Then when we went on... More

We went on the Spirit of Seattle Christmas ship for the first time. We have lived in the area for years but this was the first time we have gone on it. It was just wonderful. We went out of Kirkland and had so many boats following our ship. The Dickens Carolers were excellent but the sound could not be... More

So glad we took this city cruise. We learned more about the history and culture of Seattle on this tour than anything else we did. Our guide was very knowledgeable. As a bonus, we saw sea lions!

Events on the Edge at Royal Argosy Cruise created a murder mystery where they bring in the audience not only to solve the murder(s) but to make it even more interesting they also gathered suspects from the audience. My husband was chosen as a suspect and eventually one of the murderers and I won 2 tickets for a future cruise... More

This is the third year in a row that we've taken the Christmas ships from different locations around Seattle. The value is consistently very good and we'll probably continue the tradition. The choir value varies and I would avoid the boxed meals however, the chowder and drinks are excellent. Santa is normally onboard and there is a gift store to... More

We did this cruise on a sunny (but cold) day and it was a great day to do this tour. The tour was about 60 minutes and was very informative. We were first sitting outside to have a great view but we got a little cold after a while so went inside. We still could see everything perfectly while being... More

Thankfully the weather was perfect the day I went on the cruise around Seattle. It can be a bit tricky to find the right seat on the roof of the boat if you want to take plenty of pictures, but I made sure I found a good seat to take plenty of pictures. Also enjoyed a cocktail from the bar... More

It was an excellent cruise, very informative and fun! alot to see. It did rain part of the time we were on the tour but it was still great. We could sit inside and stay warm and dry. Would have been better with sunshine and out on the deck for pictures. The tour guide was great! I would love to... More

We did the 60 minutes cruise of harbor (part of the City Pass.) We did not expect them to fit this many people on that boat! I think they said they fit 250 people, and the line is long! I recommend to get in line early (like 30 minutes at least before cruise departure) or you'll be stuck in the... More

The Seattle Christmas Ship festival begins this month, on Nov. 28. The Lead boat is followed by a variety of boats decorated with lights. Usually there are sailboats, yachts, and cruisers following. It is not necessary to go on the Argosy to enjoy the music and the sights. Each evening, the parade visits waterfront communities and parks among Lake Union... More
