We were kind of skeptical about taking a 2 ½ hour Locks tour but we are so glad we did since this was one of the highlights of our vacation! The boat was very comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating both inside and out on the view deck. It was also very clean (even the restrooms). You can also... more

We chartered the Argosy boat "Celebrations" on Lake Union/Lake Washington for our wedding in August 2009. We had about 55 guests. Argosy's service was exceptional throughout the planning and the charter itself. Their staff worked closely with us to make arrangements, including catering by McCormick & Schmick's. Argosy's captain officiated the wedding ceremony, which occurred shortly after we left from... more

We had a great time on the Lake Washington boat trip. It is a short drive, it took us maybe 20 minutes to get there from downtown Seattle. We were very lucky that the weather was beautiful! The boat was nice, the staff very friendly, and the narration was great, very interesting and informative. The scenery can't be beat, the... more

We used our GoSeattle Card and were able to walk up and get our free tickets and were able to look around the area for about 30 minutes while we waited. The staff were wonderful and we sat up on the very top and enjoyed the "show" where the show was the harbor. We had a very articulate (great speaker... more

Worst experience of our Seattle trip. I took my parents to Seattle to celebrate their 40th Anniversary and we were going to take the Locks cruise. We arrived about half an hour before the next departure, purchased our tickets, and was told to wait in the center area and that a bus would be picking us up and take us... more

March 29, 2009 - What a wonderful trip! Absolutely would recommend this if you have the time. We chose to do the locks cruise (2.5 hours) because I have never been through a lock before and we thought we would have better sightseeing opportunities and we were right. I know 2.5 hours may seem long, but the guide is talking... more

We visited Seattle the first weekend in September and were looking for something to do (that didn't require a lot of walking). The 1-hour harbor cruise was a great choice. Make sure that you get there early so that you can get a seat on the upper deck- highly reccommended if it is a warm, sunny day and you want... more

We were with a group of 24, and they had one server working our table, so we could not expect great attention. That said, watching our server spend 15 minutes chatting with the host at the podium after clearing HALF our dinner plates was a bit much. Music was great, cruise was as expected, food was mediocre, service was nothing... more

We took an Argosy Harbor cruise a week ago because we had a 2 -for-1 coupon and thought "Why not!" We thought it was a great way to see the city from a unique vantage point you can't get from driving. Seating is first-come; first-serve so line up early! We were lucky enough to get two seats together on the... more
