Green Lake Park is a fantastic 5K (3 mile) loop with a wide paved path around it. It is great for walking, running, biking, or roller-blading. The playground on the east side is great for kids!

This is one of my favorite spots in Seattle. Love to take the family there for the three mile loop around the lake, then out for breakfast or lunch at one of the many good restaurants in the area.

The best place to walk. Usually can find a spot to park. Plenty of establishments to rehydrate or carb load

This is a great park to ride bikes especially for beginner riders. Typically there are walkers and joggers around the park. There is also a playground that the kids enjoy. We would love to go back and try the boats and canoe. There's very little parking at the park, we've always had to look for street parking.

Crowded when sunny, empty when rainy, beautiful loop around the lake to skate, run and bike. Highly recommend

Loved the park. Great for people watching, relaxation, running, etc. Brought a Starbucks coffee and sat on one of the benches. A nice respite during a busy trip. Would visit again.

LOVE to walk around the lake, happy people all around. Picnic on the grass, feed the many ducks, Rollerblade, bicycle, play Frisbee on the wide open grass fields, basketball courts, volleyball pick up games. I just love seeing all the beautiful homes that surround the lake too.

There is a three mile walking loop around the park which is absolutely gorgeous year round. Lots of ducks and geese, lots of trees and of course the fabulous lake. It is also great to experience the politeness of Seattle bike riders. They strictly stay on the bike path allowing the pedestrians a lively stress free walk ( or run).

Rain or shine, there are people walking, jogging, skating and cycling around Green Lake - a jewel of an oasis in the midst of a big city. There is a boat house providing boats for summer fun, swimming platforms, too. A children's park with lots of swings and climbing structures as well as restaurants ringing the Green Lake Park making... More

I always enjoy walking around the lake. The park is always clean and the people are really respectful of each other on the trail. Parking has never been a problem when I've come down on the week days.
