Grab a cup of coffee and walk around for a true Seattle experience. Locals pack this park on sunny weekends. Definitely see the Seattle ourdoor/ coffee culture. More

On a nice day in Seattle you will find almost too many people and dogs walking or running the ~3 miles around the lake. The best part, once you're 1/2 way you're committed. Numerous cafes to break up the walk. More

What a wonderful park! It is a paved 3 mile easy walking trail around Green Lake. There are paddle boats available for rent and lots of picnic areas too. As you walk along the trail you will see that the trees are labeled so that you know what kind of trees they are. It's hard to believe that there is... More

This place reminds me of the boardwalks back home in San Diego. When the weather is nice, there are lots of people running around the two tracks around the lake. Plus, places to picnic, play basketball, play tennis, etc. More

... or bike, jog, run, rollerblade your way around. When the weather is nice - which actually does happen occasionally in Seattle[!], you can always see lots of people enjoying the park and its bike and pedestrian paths are well used. More
