Had a blast with our guide, Amy. We weren't even tourists, but learned a ton and laughed a lot in the process. A great activity if you're looking for something fun and different to do!

We chose this tour from a list of attractions on tripadvisor, and we weren't disappointed. There were six of us on the Thursday afternoon tour with Amy leading the way. She was a great guide to the market, giving us the historical background, introducing us to the vendors, and bringing us to some really wonderful food. I'd recommend this tour... More

This was a fun and enlightening experience through Seattle. My mother and I are from across the water in Bremerton and just heard about this tour through Evening Magazine and took a chance and booked the tickets. Marla was our host and she was very informative and just a lovely woman. We saw other tour groups along our way and... More

We had our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter in for a visit from out of town so we decided to take this tour. We weren't disappointed, in fact it wast the best tour we've taken of any type...EVER!! First of all our tour guide, Amy, was fantastic. She was very informative and high energy...she handled a very large group... More

We took the Seattle Bites tour as soon as we arrived in the city, and it was a fantastic way to see one of Seattle’s best features whilst learning about it’s interesting history. Our tour guide Ginny was excellent - very knowledgeable, smart and really made our group feel like we had known each other for a lot longer than... More

My husband, son and wife totally enjoyed every aspect of this fine tour of Pike Place Market. It started out with a brief get acquainted "where are you from" along with a Seattle Bites Food Tour gift bag. The food was excellent and the sights, sounds and smells of the market made a day to fondly remember. Every serving of... More

Thanks for recognizing so many of the things we work so hard to provide our guests. You mentioned how hard we try to accommodate visitors. One of the things a small mom-and-pop busines like ours can do is provide world-class customer service - which is our goal. This is possible because we are a small tour business - one 10:30... More

My wife and I have take other food tours in Chicago, Il and Charleston SC and have to rate your food tour as the best. Each place we visited had excellent samples. Amy was excellent and very knowledgeable which made this tour even better. She presented the history of the market and history of each vendor we visited. Since the... More

Gary and Jan, Thank you for the great compliment as Seattle Bites being your best food tour. I believe that our tour has four key "ingredients" (per our web site) which we strive to provide the best possible guest experience: 1. Our food/bites (many and generous portions) 2. Our merchants (unique and talented that you may not find easily throughout... More

We live in Tacoma, and had never taken the opportunity to be a "tourist" and enjoy Seattle this way! There are several tour guides (that I assume are all terrific), but our guide Amy was certainly wonderful and full of facts and information we never new. I will definitely recommend this experience to our friends and family! Thanks Seattle Bites... More

Thanks Peggy for the review! We do have several guides - and all are terrific and I would put in the category of world-class - Marla, Virginia and Amy. I do tours occasionally and in some cases my wife (founder of Seattle Bites Food Tours) will host a tour. I spent 25 years in corporate America (my wife Jan Marie... More

Our family of four (two teenagers) took the Seattle Bites Pike Place Market tour with Virginia. Yes, we could have wandered around the market by ourselves for free, but we would have missed out on a lot! We had a small group (8 of us) which meant lots of time to answer questions. The headphones worked great, it was nice... More

Glad to see that the teenagers like the tour. We feel almost any age over 6 will enjoy the story. The headsets are a must during the summer but we use them throughout the year. Ginny is an absolute sweetheart and has a passion for the Market that is matched by no one - we are lucky to have her.... More
