We hooked up with super friendly local Penny on a Sunday morning tour aimed to preoccupy the kiddos for a few hours - BUT - it kept the adults enthralled too! You will not believe what the Pike market has hidden behind it's walls, and so great to have personal interactions with some of the key vendors there. Such a... More

Ed Christian, our tour guide and a 30 year resident of Seattle, proved to be a gracious host and really showed us around his city! Ed's extensive background in art, architecture, design, food, coffee, & chocolate certainly contributed to focusing our itinerary on the most unexpected and delightful places. We saw views inside buildings, on city streets, the old and... More

We appreciated all the information Ed provided and took us places we were not aware of, even after living near Seattle for 30 years and having worked in downtown Seattle for 12 years. This is an excellent tour for both local residents and visitors.

Ed was knowledgeable and friendly. Learned so much about Seattle, not just coffee. Great hidden gems and back alleys. Relaxed pace.

This is my 2nd tour with Seattle by Foot and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a tour that will keep the kids interested but not have to compromise your own fun, then this is the tour to do. The Seattle kid's tour took us through the markets to taste the produce, see places we would not... More

Penny is extremely professional and knowledgeable about coffee. It is a well paced tour - discussion about the success of Starbucks but taste tests are from the more unique. It is more then just exposure to coffee - biscuit bites and chocolate are included - thoroughly enjoyable and a refreshing way to explore and understand more about the culture and... More

This tour was one of my favorite things about my trip to Seattle. I had a short time in the city so I definitely wouldn't have made it to all these shops on my own. It was great to be able to taste and compare from different local shops. The biscuits and truffles were a great added touch too.:) Ed... More

My daughter and I loved the Coffee Crawl with Ed. Great size group - about 12 of us. Took us to unique roasters and out of the way places (awesome truffles and tasty biscuits), taught us about different brewing methods (will totally try cold brew at home), and gave us lots of great tips about visiting Seattle. He had funny... More

This tour was really fun and informative, not only about coffee but also about the city. And it was not boring at all. Ed did an awesome job- my teenage kids where interested through out the whole tour and excited to try all the coffee, truffles and biscuits. We learned a lot about coffee- it was a lot of fun... Ed, thanks for a truly memorable introduction to the people, places, history, architecture and vibe of Seattle. Ed is the perfect guide - he shares stories but is interested in yours too and what could've been a dry "trudge" from sight to sight (or site to site!) was, instead, a walk through town with a new friend. He clearly loves... More
