Best place in Seattle for Food and Jazz

YIKES - 20-30 minute wait after doors should have opened. Thankfully it was not raining. Friendly welcome and efficient seating. The food was a little better than before. My husbands fish was very salty. The ravioli's were obviously factory made. The offerings look good on paper but preparation and ingredients not what we hope for. The food service was slo... More

A friend suggested this as a Night Out during a recent visit to Seattle. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the music on tap (saxophonist Maceo Parker) and the room's acoustics. We were in a corner, under an overhang, and the sound and sightless were terrific. We had dinner at the club - the food... More

We went as part of a friend's birthday party, and everyone had a great time. Location: 6th & Lenora, with the main entrance down the alley (à propos!). Relatively easy to access by car or public transit (Metro Rt 70 stops on the block, and the Seattle Streetcar stops one block over). Atmosphere: Somewhat dark décor, but correctly lit --... More

We always love to come to this venue to watch good music, (Tower of Power) Thursday night. We have only eaten there once along time ago, but I had a friend in from out of town so we decided to eat this time. The service was great, except some hoe no one told us that the entire menu is a... More

**My review is for the venue - not the artist.** While visiting Seattle, my friend and I decided we wanted to see a concert. I love jazz, but there's not much of a scene where I live, so this was something I was looking forward to my whole trip. We bought tickets for the Catherine Russell concert. When we arrived,... Just lucked out on this as we were in town for one night. It was excellent and their website is so easy - I booked in the car off my phone! Seating is good but the sooner you book the better the seat. Website shows all their upcoming performers and even has samples of the music. Manhattan Transfer was awesome... More

We went to see the awesome Stanley Clarke. Music was great, atmosphere was electric, the food was good and the service was friendly if a little slow. There are 2 shows at 7.30 & 9.30 so you can decide how you want to do it For a great night in Seattle that ticks so many boxes, this is the one
