Great time. This time of year not many guests. Was chosed to do the Can-Can but i think it was because I was the only other woman there without gray hair.

Start you out with a little no money gambling with the actors. Fun show that gives you a history of the town.
Where else can you take your kids to learn to gamble. Although I am not a gambler, their evening show allowed us to do an hour of table gambling with play money. It showed the kids how to play the games and more importantly how quickly you can loose your money gambling :-)
On a recent cruise we had a day in Skagway. It was pouring rain most of the day, so we were looking for inside things to do. We ventured upon a young man in costume out on the street inviting visitors to the Days of 98 Show. We were hesitant due to the price, but really liked the young actors...

Good little show (with 5 actors) and great price of $22.00. This even included a half hour of fake gamling.
In a town where the population shrinks enormously when the cruise ships leave at dusk, try the 8 pm show. Small crowd the night we arrived and great performance given for an audience of about 30 people. Very informal and good value at about $40 per couple. Good entertainment giving an introduction to local history.
This was a memorable highlight of Skagway performed by classically trained actors with very interesting audience participation . Do not miss this show.
Loved this show !! It is fun, and the cast members were awesome. A must see if you are in Skagway. Cast was in lobby after the show for pictures, which was very nice.
They give you a thousand dollars (play money) and you have an hour to gamble before the show starts. Loved their a capella rendition of the Alaska flag song at the end. It was worth going to.
Do you have a spare hour while in Skagway? Don't miss this one-hour musical telling the story of the infamous Soapy Smith in song and dance. A talented cast, some audience participation, and if you can't get to Broadway in NYC, go to Broadway here.
