On your trip to Skagway, consider a salmon fishing charter with Captain Craig McCormick on the White Wing. Captain Craig will take you to the best salmon fishing and halibut fishing spots so that you can catch the a King Salmon and see incredible wildlife and scenery. We welcome Alaska cruise ship passengers looking for an unforgettable Skagway shore excursion or tour. We also offer Skagway salmon fishing charters, wildlife cruises and scenic tours to travellers visiting Skagway independent of an Alaskan cruise. On your trip to Skagway, consider going out for a few hours with Captain Craig. Be sure to bring your camera because it's going to be awesome!

Went up to Skagway in June, looking forward to catching king salmon as advertised. Knew something was amiss when I asked Craig where we could process our catch as was told there wasn't anyplace in Skagway... not a big deal because there was no catch! This charter is more for the cruise ship crowd that want a closer look at... More

All King salmon must be OVER 28" to retain and have processed, we did catch fish that charter, but they were undersized King. Weather and tide conditions effect the catch for all fishing trips. I always do my best to catch fish on every charter More

After getting a late start due to the weather, we motored out a little ways from town and started trolling. We kept moving around the same area with no success. The captain wouldn't move to any other spots. The majority of the charters I've fished with in Alaska and other places, will move around if the fish aren't biting. Hopefully,... More

My husband, son and father went out on a full day charter with Captain Craig McCormick and it was a great experience all the way around! Craig was very knowledgeable about the area, where to find fish and pointing things out on the shores, such as beautiful waterfalls, seals and eagles. He was very interactive with the guys explaining how... More

The fishing trip was ok, no fish and that was not an issue but Captain seemingly did not want or was not interested in moving around to find any. I was not impressed and would not recommend. Certainly understood that if the fish are not biting not much which can be done but trolling the same area over and over... More

Perhaps we were just lucky but you couldn't had scripted a better father/daughter experience. We booked at the charter rate and it turned out that we were the only ones going out that morning (8/27/2013). Captain McCormick had us out to the fish and set up in about 45 minutes and we had our first keeper King Salmon less than... More

My family and I had such a wonderful time with Captain Craig! We boarded the White Wing first thing off the ship, got our safety instructions, and headed out for adventure. The boat was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Our 12 year old daughter was lucky enough to bring in a 33 inch, 16 pound... More

Captain Craig McCormick provides a great experience. Our cruise was a bit early for the fishing season, but we had a great time anyway. The White Wing is a comfortable, tidy boat. We saw great scenery and several bald eagles nesting along the shore.

Captain Craig is a real Genuine person. We came off the Disney wonder and arrived earlier than expected. Craig got things ready quickly and we took off on the white wing. The boat was really clean and organized. You will feel very comfortable. We were expecting to fish more but the fishing was not quite happening yet in Skagway. Captain... More
