I stopped in to get information about ice climbing and trekking or other activities possible at this time of year. Normally there's a lot of snow-related activities, but since there's little-to-no snow, I've been scrambling to salvage this trip. I drove down from Alyeska, where the concierge is very unhelpful (bordering on rude) in the hopes of hiking the Harding... More

Hi Christine, thanks for the warm words and great review. Our company will do all we can to assist those visiting Seward at any time of the year. I know that conditions for what you had wanted to do in Girdwood did not work out as planned. I am glad that you chose to come down to Seward and let... More

We did a kayaking trip in Resurrection Bay during December 2014 with Adventure Sixty North. Their communications with me were always prompt and informative. The gear was great - even including the waterproof boots, jackets and pants that they lent us. The Bay was deserted except for our family of 5 and our two guides: Sol and his wife Liz.... More

My husband and I did an early September 3day/2night guided rental to Aialik and Pederson glaciers. We had great weather - mostly sunny and warm. There was abundant wildlife and extraordinary views of the Aialik from the campground. Our guide James was fantastic. The peace and quiet (except for the thunder of the calving glacier) made it a very special... More

We booked both Sea Kayaking and Exit Glacier Ice Hiking in September. They provided all gears for us, trained us how to kayak even we didn't have any experience. All of us were scared a little bit, but Sol was always with us and gave some help. Finally, we made it and enjoyed the whole trip !!!! It's so much... More

We booked a full day kayaking trip out of Caine's Head, which was cut short to a half day because the wind was supposed to get nasty in the afternoon. We were extremely lucky to have a very clear and calm morning paddle out to a beautiful beach with our guide, Rachel--who was absolutely amazing! The wind did pick up... More

Went in Sept. when things were more quiet. Our trip had 5 paddlers and one guide which was perfect. We were fortunate to have a spectacular sunny, warm day with flat water. Anyone could do this, you do not have to be an experienced paddler. Our guide was excellent and very casual so we could either paddle or linger and... More

My two teenaged kids and a friend and I took this trip August 30th with Amanda as our guide. Amanda was personable, knowledgable, and very helpful. The trip was just incredible. We were fortunate to have very favorable weather and the scenery was superlative and the kayaking easy and fun. Amanda took great care to ensure that we were well... More

The scenery and wildlife of the Kenai fjords is awesome. Feeling secure and guided by such an insider like Sol, who knows the country like his own backyard, makes this trip perfect. Therefore I can highly recommend this company!

As our guide Jen, from Alaska Sixty North pointed out to us that kayaking around glaciers can be risky and you have to be very careful. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and we had a wonderful trip back in Bear Glacier. This is a trip you don't want to miss!
