Our family of 4 (parents with 11 and 14 year olds) went on the Snow Cat trip into Kenai Fjords and snow shoed to the glacier April 4th, and it was a first-class experience that was the highlight of our trip to AK! Rick is a KY native who has 20+ years guiding folks all over AK in every fun... More

My sister and I showed up at Adventure Sixty North's rustic office one afternoon on the off chance that we might arrange a kayaking excursion for the following day. Less than twenty-four hours is not much notice, but Adventure Sixty North's staff were very accommodating and arranged just the sort of outing we had in mind. (We chose the one-day... More

Our guide was great and we had a great time! My husband and I were the only people on the kayaking trip and they ran the trip just for us- late in the season. They were one of two companies willing to do that. Would recommend them to others. More

Our trip with Adventure 60 North was excellent! They gave us all the information we needed regarding what to wear and bring on the trip. On trip day, everything was in place. Our guide was very knowledgeable about kayaking, the Kenai Fjords, and glaciers. She was very helpful and attentive the entire trip. We would definitely go on another trip... More

A truly professional and caring group that made our sea kayaking trip and sailboat ride fun and memorable. Adventure 60 North was willing to change our reservation number and length of out tour to accomodate the unexpected needs of our group. Guide Joel and Captain Devon were very informative, patient and fun to be with. A delightful experience! More

Staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This kayeking experience is one of the highligts of my vacation. I would defintely, definitely recommend using this company. Joel was our guide and Lynzzy was the staff contact. Both are fantastic people and great assets to this organization. I do plan on coming back to Alaska and I definitely will use Adventure 60... I had the pleasure of working with Adventure 60 North for 2 trips with the kids from the Teen and Youth Center in Seward. We were provided wonderful lessons by the guides and the kids learned a great deal. The second trip they retained the information and were able to move forward with more kayaking skills. Each trip we had... More

Joel was a great guide. He explained kayaking technique to us, then led us onto Resurrection Bay to Caines Head. We spotted a few bald eagles, including an eaglet. There were also sea otters enjoying the day, and an occasional harbor seal. We hiked up through the Alaskan rain forest to a military area used during WWll. It was very... More

We started our journey by helicopter over the mountain peaks of Seward to Bear Glacier. Once there, the guide instructed us on how to properly use the kayaks and before you know it, we were paddling towards the glacier, through blue icebergs. It was like we were in a different world...so serene! We made our way to the lagoon, where... More

This is a great, relatively small operator in Seward. I combed websites online and looked at prices, tours, etc. Adventure 60 had a very unique tour -- kayak out to Thumb Cove (app 2 hr kayak) and then take a sailboat in! The price was $160 / which I thought was quite fair. I left Anchorage at 5:15 AM and... More
