I know this is kinda late in reviewing since we did this trip back in Sept of 2011 but I'm on a roll today :) My cousin from the lower 48s came up to visit and we decided to go kayaking with Adventure 60N. We booked the Thumb Cove kayak and sailing deal since she was completely new to kayaking... More

Very down to earth company and I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future. We were visiting the area for dog sledding and ended up chatting with Adventure Sixty about our plans as we continued on through Alaska. I asked for a thrift store to find snow boots as I forgot mine and truly didn't expect... More

The best service provider. They really got in touch with us since the beginning, We had a small change made for the reservation due to weather conditions, but they still got us a slot for snow coach for that day. I am really happy with how they treat us.

Adventure Sixty North is the BEST! They're very helpful, very informative, and have a lot to offer! They will make your stay in Seward, AK one that you will never forget! I took a glacier tour in the winter and it was amazing! We took the "snow cat" out near the glacier and hiked back to it. Our guide was... More

We did the Bear Glacier kayaking. It was an amazing experience kayaking the lagoon and paddling around those big ice-bergs. It was one of a kind experience and was worth it. It was easily the best activity of our week-long stay in Alaska. Highly recommended!

The weather is unpredictable in Seward and we were there in off season during first week of September when not too many kayaking companies are still in operation, so we postponed booking until a week before our trip. We were torn between Aialik and Bear Glaciers. Victoria gave us info on these trips but stay impartial. We ultimately chose Aialik... More

We signed on for the trip that had us kayak and walk on Bear Glacier. IT was a long day but well worth it. Adventure Sixty North is a first rate organization. They were very responsible throughout the signup process. Since this was our first trip to Alaska I had lots of questions and each was answered by either an... More

Our family (my wife and I and kids aged 14, 12 and 11 did the combined kayak and sailing adventure. Our Kayak guide (Jay, I believe) was really friendly and helpful (and very patient) since we were all novices kayaking. The safety briefing and the l;essons at the begining were great as well. Also, he shared with us some of... More

An adventure we will never forget. My family of four (13, 15, wife and I) all agreed that this trip was the highlight of our Alaskan vacation. I hope Josh at Salty Sea Charters and Liz at Harv and Marv's won't feel slighted, but the combination of views, whales, Mik (our guide), adventure, weather, etc., etc. was utterly, utterly amazing.... I went on a 5-hr guided kayaking trip to Bear Glacier with Adventure Sixty North and my review is basically broken down into 3 parts: (1) the time in Bear Glacier, (2) the company itself, and (3) our guide. (1) Bear Glacier is very nice but it was not what I expected and I was a bit disappointed with it.... More
