Had no experience in kayaking. Being older adults was concerned wouldn't be able to keep up. Not the case. Guides Andrew and Kat did exceptional job in instructing. They made the trip more of a personnel adventure not just another site seeing tour. Dinner was great. Only regret was that I didn't know rules about tipping. Separate or together. Really... More

Had a great day, regardless of the rain, as part of the Tonsina Paddle Hike combo last week. The Sunny Cove staff- especially Kelly- were wonderful. I was late and almost missed my tour but Andrew and Kelly were so accommodating and made sure I got out. Amazing views in the water and on the land- the hidden waterfall was... More

Kayaking with Sunny Cove was everything we looked forward to and more. Our guide, Danny, was full of interesting facts, and even some trivia that was unbelievable. We went in the middle of August and had a beautiful, sunny day. Danny kept safety first but had a great sense of humor. Don't go to Alaska without a trip to Seward,... More

Art and Bob were great guides! It rained the whole time, but still loved the adventure. Saw a rain forest, liken, salmon running, harbor porpoise, and took a short hike. Loved it!

My family of four would like to thank Tara for our memomorable kayak trip to Tonsina Point (hike combo) which we did in June (sorry for our late review, we had a backlog of work to catch up on after we returned home from travelling). We saw seals, sea lions and plenty of birds. There was apparently a whale near... More

Six of us went on the afternoon trip at the Lowell Point location. Kelly and Arthur were our guides and they were fantastic. The weather was not cooperating (hey it is Alaska in August) but in spite of that they made the afternoon a memorable experience. We saw eagles, sea otters, many types of birds and salmon. It was a... More

Resurrection Bay is beautiful and kayaking with Sunny Cove Sea Kayaking made it incredible! We drove to Lowell Point - just a short drive from downtown Seward - and had an amazing experience on the water. Our guides, Kelly and Arthur, were great! They kept us safe, made us laugh and we also learned a lot about the area, saw... More

My husband and I came to Alaska for the first time, for our 40th anniversary. We did a lot of things on our bucket list, including kayaking. We had never kayaked before and are not athletic people. It does take a bit of arm strength, but with two of us in the kayak, we could share the paddling. The experience... More
