We're excited that 2015 marks our 11th year guiding adventurous travelers onto Exit Glacier and into other amazing locales around Seward. Our company created guided glacier trips in Seward, and we've spent a decade honing our focus on safety and creating amazing client experiences. Our biggest asset is our amazing staff. We are a seasonal business that has been fortunate enough to have our experienced staff come back year after year, which is very rare for our industry. Hope to see you in Seward!

Our guides were excellent! They knew a lot of glacier terminology and were willing to teach and share their enthusiasm! Safety was a priority while also being allowed the feeling of adventure. Groups were kept small and that made for a great interaction between guides and participants! When I come back I plan on using this company again and would... More

Ok...We got to ride in a helicopter above Seward and we hiked on a glacier. Oh...and we got to do a flyby of our ship as it was in port. AND...on top of that, our guide was top notch. Would we book with them again, ABSOLUTELY! Thanks for the great memories!

A wonderful experience hiking a glacier with Exit Glacier Guides Trevor and Henry. Both were very knowledgeable about Glaciers in general and Godwin Glacier near Seward in particular. They were very mindful of our safety and were very personable. Exit Glacier Guides provided advice on what to wear, gave us snacks to take with and provided Crampons to hike the... More

I was sixteen when I was able to climb with Exit Glacier Guides, and they do a fabulous job of making the climbing experience enjoyable, and ensuring you feel safe. They also make you feel very comfortable and confident in your climb. The hike up the Harding Ice Field Trail was beautiful as well.

Second time we have been to this park and it never fails to impress. The main path allows you to get quite close to the glacier and the Rangers are very helpful and knowledgeable. A MUST DO for anyone visiting the area.

To be honest, when I first booked this I thought it would be a little introductory thing on ice climbing and then they would send us on our way. I could not have been more wrong! Your guide shows you the basics and then let's you challenge yourself as much as you feel comfortable. I rock climb pretty frequently and... More

I took the 5-hour Exit Glacier Hike, and it was well worth the time. This is a solid, well organized company with well-trained guides. If you want to maximize your time on the ice, try to get in a small, fit group. There is a 1.5-2 hour moderately difficult hike up a mountain to get to the entry point for... More

We did the ice hiking tour. The group was 10 people and two guides. The guides were very attentive, knowledgable and helpful. This company writes safety with a capital S. While we were on the glacier, we were given extensive instructions how to walk on crampons, how to move on ice in general and everytime we had the chance to... More

From the minute we met our guide, Steve, at Exit Glacier Guide's shop I knew we were in good hands. Steve is friendly and extremely competent. Our trip was so much fun and just enough of a challenge physically. My husband and I really enjoyed every minute of this adventure and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great... More

I did the ice hike up to and on Exit Glacier. Henry was a fantastic guide, he provided heaps of interesting facts about the glacier and surrounding environment. If you get lucky and go up on a sunny day then it's pretty much guaranteed to be a great day! Highly recommended if you're fit and a fan of the outdoor... More
