We're excited that 2015 marks our 11th year guiding adventurous travelers onto Exit Glacier and into other amazing locales around Seward. Our company created guided glacier trips in Seward, and we've spent a decade honing our focus on safety and creating amazing client experiences. Our biggest asset is our amazing staff. We are a seasonal business that has been fortunate enough to have our experienced staff come back year after year, which is very rare for our industry. Hope to see you in Seward!

We went on the glacier hike. It rained all day and we absolutely loved it! The guys are very knowledgeable and safety is their top priority. But somehow they manage to mix this professionalism with real joviality and create an excellent atmosphere. Aside from the hike the guides also explained the history of the glacier, the way they work and... More

They say nobody remembers what you say, only how you've made them feel. If that's true, the Exit Glacier Guides staff should be pretty happy with what they are achieving. Our guide made us feel safe and comfortable with his technical skills, but also made us feel good about our remarkably quick transition from clumsy beginner to proud novice climbers.... More

This truly is an experience that will forever impact your life. Flying into a remote glacier via helicopter, and climbing down a seemingly infinite crevasse was not only an adrenaline rush but also a lesson in trust, and perseverance. Our guide was absolutely fantastic, she literally new the ropes and pushed us to surpass our doubts. Now get out there... More

My two day ice climbing trip could not have been a better experience. The guides were real chill and and just fun to hang out with. They make you feel comfortable no matter your experience level. I was able to build confidence the first day of climbing which made the second day more exciting because I was challenged to take... More

I was in Seward for a week in June 2014 and I wanted to try something different and exciting so I went on the Ice climbing excursion with Exit Glacier Guides. What a great day! I had a lot of fun. It was raining all day and it didn't matter at all. It's something you have to try at least... More

Thanks for your review! Glad you enjoyed the experience despite the rain — once you commit to going outside in the rain, it's actually quite lovely on the glacier with the intensified blues and active waterfalls on the ice. I hope you had a great time in Alaska las summer! Thanks again for your review, Brendan More

We are local but had some friends in town and wanted to give them an authentic Alaskan experience so we booked a Glacier tour with Exit Glacier Guides. The entire experience was fantastic. Obviously being on the glacier was incredible (we had awesome weather too) but the guides really made the day. They were so personable and FUN - we... More

Thanks for supporting our little shop! Glad you enjoyed the trip and had fun with the guides. Our crew was really great last year, and I'm pretty excited that almost all of them are coming back for another season this summer. It means a lot to them to get good reviews on here — it's great leverage to get more... More

This past June, I took my four grandchildren and my daughter to Seward, AK for a week. Among the vast number of activities available, the 17 year old twins expressed interest in the Ice Climbing. They and my daughter signed up and off they went. They all had a blast and could not say enough positive things about their guides... More

Me and the wife did this tour as part of our #50States6Months challenge of America. Our hotel was just around the corner from their office and when we got there, our guide, Steve, was very helpful and friendly. They kitted us up with all the require gear for the day and provided us with the snacks and liquid that we... More

Close to our hotel was Exit Glacier so, we decided to stop in. The guide was very knowledgeable. The trip itself was also educational.
