My Wife, two teenage Sons and I LOVED the Glacier Hike Sea Kayak Combo. We paddled four miles up the coastline and back, with a very helpful and knowledgeable guide. At the mid-point, we hiked to an old WWII fort (Caines Head). It was physically challenging, but fantastic! The next morning we donned our boots and hiked up to Exit... More

Having done I few cruises in the past, I have noticed that heading toward the final port facing only the prospect of a mad dash to the nearest airport sucks a little bit of the life out of the last few days onboard. With this in mind, I decided to look for something unique to do in Seward, our port... More

We did the Ice Climbing trip with Exit Glacier Guides and it was absolutely incredible! This is a trip you should choose only if you are extremely comfortable doing a 4 mile uphill hike with a 20 pound pack on your back BEFORE putting on crampons, walking on ice and hanging from a rope in a deep crevasse of a... I booked the glacier hiking experience with the Exit Glacier Guides. The booking process was quick and the staff very responsive and helpful. The hiking on the glacier itself with the crampons was a great experience. Our guides Dakota and Josh instructed and guided us in a professional and entertaining way. We were not only instructed about the way to... More

There's an excellent reason why this group gets such high marks -- they offer a very good experience and treat each person very well as an individual. It is obvious the staff really enjoys the job, enjoys offering a good experience to guests and are very much into viewing the glacier from a very professional standard. This is a sure... More

We did the helicopter flight to the glacier hike. Our guide was awesome. We felt relaxed and safe. It was totally remote and it was only the two of us with our guide. While some guides can be jaded by the views they see all the time, our guide seemed just as excited as we were to be out on... More

We had a fantastic 2-day ice climbing experience with Kevin on Exit Glacier and Godwin Glacier. We first hiked a couple miles up to the access point to Exit Glacier and had a safety briefing before putting on our gear. Kevin and Dakota were really knowledgeable and safety-minded with our group of six climbers. We each climbed three times. The... More

Did an glacier ice hike with Shawna as our guide. I am so impressed with how professional the entire outfit was from beginning to end. Even though there were many different paces in our 5 person group she gently kept everyone together. She was EXTREMELY kind with her encouragement of people. Knowledgeable of so many things on the hike and... More

Our guides were excellent! They knew a lot of glacier terminology and were willing to teach and share their enthusiasm! Safety was a priority while also being allowed the feeling of adventure. Groups were kept small and that made for a great interaction between guides and participants! When I come back I plan on using this company again and would... More
