The crew was amazing, this was so much fun. We saw lots of wildlife and incredible scenery. The captain narrated our trip and was so knowledgeable. there's restaurant style booths in the boat, so bring a lunch or they have a snack bar. I plan on doing this again!

I would have to agree that the off season ticket prices were a great value. Although the weather wasn't the greatest on the last day of the year for their 3-hour cruise, the cruise itself was amazing. Did not get to see a lot of wildlife, but the views were amzaing nonetheless! Make sure to bring a camera! I would... More

My friend and I had one day off while working in Anchorage, so we took the 2 1/2 hour drive up to Seward to see some glaciers and wildlife! Major Marine's 3-hour Kenai Fjord tour was the perfect afternoon trip! Really got to see the breathtaking landscape and some cool wildlife. Not a TON of wildlife, but we were told... More

My 12yo and 9yo boys and I boarded the Kenai Star on a chilly October day and the heated indoor cabins, adult beverages, hot chocolate with whipped cream, and smiling crew warmed us up quickly and kept us engaged in a breathtaking adventure past piedmont glaciers, sea-lion covered rocky outcrops, perched bald eagles, foraging mountain goats, bright blue reflective glacial... Off season ticket price was a great value. Plenty of space to sit and move around. The staff was very helpful esp to my elderly grandmother.

It was a wonderful way to experience this part of Alaska. We took the wildlife tour which was three hours. The captain explained the sites and made sure there was plenty of time to see the main events and gave us special camera scenes. Besides the otters, jellyfish, porpoises, we also saw glaciers and remote cabins. Seating inside and out.... More

I ran a boat for the Air Force in 1973-75 in Resurrection Bay so taking this tour was like going home! Only I didn't have to work! Not only did we get a great tour but they served a fantastic meal too! The whole experience was worth the cost!

We booked the Resurrection Bay Tour in December for a tour in August. The office personnel indicated that the seas were rough and to make sure we took medication of needed, which we had. Upon arrival at the dock we were told to expect at least 12 ft swells at which point we decided not to take the tour. The... More

A group of 5 of us went on the wildlife tour and it was awesome! It was definitely the highlight of our trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The tour includes Seward history as well as sights of incredible wildlife. Although the crew told us that we were not guaranteed to see any wildlife, we saw so much... More

Took the 3 hour wildlife cruise around Resurrection Bay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The park ranger on the boat provided a ton of great information about the bay. The scenery was fantastic, definitely did not seem like 3 hours. Saw orcas, humpbacks, puffins and sea lions. Highly recommend this tour to see more of the bay than just what you... More
