I was scared to death at first to try parasailing, but heard so many great things about it, I decided to try it. The crew at UFO parasailing made it alot of fun, and it was easy...nothing difficult about it. You are about 8-10 stories high, and all you hear is the air whafting past your ears as you look... more

Went parasailing for the first time in Kona this past September and couldn't have asked for a better company to parasail with! Brad (our captain) was a nice guy, very friendly, a jokester. He made my friend a little nervous at first saying that the parachutes needed to be patched up. LOL But he and Matt were very good at... more

We had not planned to go parasailing while we were in Kona but saw their boat out on the water and stopped in at their shop. We decided since the boarding location was 2 minutes from our hotel (King Kam) and we had a free morning before departing Kona that this would be a great way to wrap up our... more

We did the 1,200 foot parasail and had a fantastic time! The people at UFO are very nice, very welcoming, and very professional. We felt perfectly safe, yet still had a thrilling time, awesome views, and were "dipped" up to our knees in the ocean, which was optional and was a great way to end our flight. more

Wow, I have always dreamt of flying solo and this was my dream come true. Well organized, good guys running the show. I regret not taking our water camera up to get pictures from that view - it was amazing. It was so quiet and peaceful @ 1200'. All you can hear up there is the wind blowing through the... more

This was an amazing experience. We will definately make this a repeat activity and will recommend that all visitors take part. Its hard to describe. The staff were amazing and very professional. You look down and see dolphins, wave to snorkelers, and wish it never ends!! I rate this experience as 5 stars plus. Worth every penny LK Alberta, Canada more

This was the highlight of our trip. We are so glad we booked this "adventure". We were both a little nervous as they strapped us in the harness, but once we "took off" it was GREAT. There is no sense of any real height. You just feel like you are floating. If you do the adventure go for the 800'... more

What a trip! This was a first for myself, my husband and my father. We booked the 400 and 800 foot rides but once we started, we had to go all the way and do the 1200 foot sail. My dad and I decided at the last minute that it might be more fun to go tandem. Due to the... more

What a thrill to see all of Kona, including the ocean life, from 800 or 1,200 feet. They run the operation very smoothly from making the reservation to the end. This was one of the best things my wife and daughter did. Would definitly do it again when we return. The 1,200 ride is highly recommended. Safe and fun! more
