We did the volcano and waterfall tours with Paradise and loved it! They are a great tour operator and everything was smooth and professional from the front desk all the way to end of debriefing. The total time in the air was roughly 45-50 mins and we got to see some spectacular scenery, stuff that you cannot see without a... More

York was our pilot and we had a brace of Tom's from Florida and Lydia and Carlos from the Dominican Republic. All were excellent company and its a shame our time on this planet was limited to a couple of hours in a helicopter. We saw the lot with waterfalls, valleys molten lava flows, green sand beaches and a beautiful... More

My husband and I flew from Hilo airport, doors OFF! The most incredible feeling ever by the way!!! I high recommend flying with doors off!! Our pilot was awesome, he was so knowledgeable about the area and gave us some ideas of things to do after our tour was over. We flew over an active volcano and got to see... More

This was well worth the money and one of the funnest things I have ever done in my life. Josh, our pilot, was awesome... Not too chatty but very informative and able to point out the different attractions throughout the island. Quick recommendations... 1 - Wear closed toe shoes 2 - They only allow you to bring items with straps... More

Our first time in Hawaii and our first time in a Helicopter. Kelei, our pilot was great as was every person from the people and the check in desk to the ground crew that got you buckled in and escorted you from the helicopter. We did the 45 minutes volcano and waterfall tour and it was excellent. Our pilot/guide was... More

We selected the Kona: air and land tour which was awesome! We started the day at Paradise helicopter office at Kona Airport around 7am and were greeted with warm friendly smiles, We had our safety briefing next door and in no time on our way with pilot Dan! There were two other couples with us on tour and all were... More

We had a fantastic time on our tour from Kona to Hilo. We enjoyed an incredible helicopter ride with Dan as our pilot. He skillfully maneuvered through the sites to show us some amazing lava flow and even a forest fire that started from the lava! We landed in Hilo where our sweet guide, Katya, took us to the Hawaii... More

If you get a chance and are interested in taking a helicopter tour, do it. We took the sunset tour with Paradise Helicopters, and the views around the island were AMAZING! We were able to capture some beautiful photographs. A helicopter tour can reach very remote areas for you to see. Well worth the price for the EXPERIENCE! The team... More

Koji was a great pilot who took us on a great tour of volcanos and waterfalls. It was also cool to see the crashed B18 bomber. Great smooth ride which enabled us to see lava flow with we would have not been able to see without being airborne while we were visiting.

Our Helo pilot was Dan. He was very enthusiastic and did everything he could to keep us safe and have a fun time! We were unable to land for lunch because of weather but he did his best to wait out the clouds. We were able to have a steady ride and were really close to the lava and waterfalls.... More
