As a family of four (all adults) we went on the Morning Snorkel Cruise & BBQ. This was our first time on a snorkel cruise and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Check in was easy, just carefully read the reservation email for the GPS address for parking, not the office address. There are clean bathrooms at the office and on the... More

Our family of 3 took the Kealakekua - AM Snorkel on August 21, 2015. We enjoy beautiful, clear waters and abundant colorful fish and coral reef. However, we were concerned with the number of people that would be part of the trip. Don’t be! Regardless of what trip you take to this beautiful bay, there will be people there and... More

Truly magnificent place to snorkel both the physical setting and corals and fish availability. Location is not large and Fair Winds had a great moorage site.

Great boat, crew, food, and most of all - beautiful fish and coral in crystal clear waters. We will recommend this to all friends and family that plan to visit the Big Island.

The fish, the interesting coral formations, the dolphins all made this a very worthwhile snorkel trip. Great hot lunch after the second snorkel site. SNUBA available at an up-charge. Very fun time.

Though we did experience some better snorkeling on the Big Island, this boat ride was the perfect morning excursion for us to take with our 12 and 14 year old boys. Once we arrived at our destination we were able to quickly disembark the boat and begin snorkeling. The slides and dive platform on the boat added extra fun to... More

My family of 5 completely enjoyed this morning cruise with snorkeling and lunch. The boat and crew were fantastic! The food they served for both breakfast and lunch was very tasty and filling. The snorkeling was great as well as the SNUBA my daughter and I did; we even saw 2 baby sharks. We all enjoyed the 2 slides and... More

I had taken this cruise before with Fair Wind. This trip was the same as the previous; the crew are outstanding, friendly, and helpful. I will take this cruise everytime I go to the big island because the Kealakekua Bay is stupendous for snorkeling and you can't really get to it any other way but by boat. The food was... More

This was our second time on the Fair Wind II. It was just as much fun the second tome. The crew was very friendly. Then food was great. The snorkeling was fun. We were able to do snuba through Shoreline Snubs again too. It was a blast! Thanks Rebecca! The videographer, Case, from Golden Nenue Productions, was fabulous. He got... More

Snorkeling at the Captain Cook monument was an amazing trip. Great assortment of fish to see, water is easy snorkeling even for beginners. Has water slides for splashing down into the water, which was very exhilerating. The crew is great. We would do this one again in a minute.
