A family of cockroaches in the rice really put me off. Did not eat much at all. However, extra points for amazing entertainment, (food, dancing) good location, temp tattoos, and flower bracelet and lovely view by the ocean. Watered down mai tais though. Paid $78/ plate from Expedia, but like I said, not too hungry after seeing the cockroaches .... More

The food was great, the atmosphere was excellent, and the entertainers (live musicians, dancers, and host) were fantastic. We enjoyed the open bar (tip your bartender!) and the kind staff. They have fun little activities for the kids when waiting for the luau to start. Hawaiin "tatoo"ing, poi spinning etc. Pay attention to when you arrive and when the sun... More

Food was decent. We had to stand in line for a long time but even though we weren't at the front of the line we got a great seat without paying the extra. The dancers looked like they enjoyed performing so naturally the audience enjoyed. The only provided very small cups for beverages so you had to get up several... More

As expected we had to do a luau, but the meal and the show where set against the beautiful ocean and bay area!! We had a chance to watch in the morning as they were doing the prep work on the pit where they cook the pig! What a production. Very friendly staff. Only down side...do not pay for premium... More

We attended the Lau au in 2014. We were made feel so welcome. Firstly given a Mai Tai...oh so delicious. We watched the peg being taken out of the ground and watched it being carved. The performers of the show allowed us to participate in using their items that the use to perform. The show was so amazing. We are... More

For our first luau we could not have asked for anything more for food and entertainment. Making reservations was not well explained. But in the end paying at the venue was the best decision anyways.

Staff was wonderful about seating large parties together. I messed up my online booking, and they returned my call immediately and fixed the problem with no hassle. Parking was $5 which was fine, but a warning about that would have been nice. My biggest complaint was the check-in process started at least 20 minutes late, and it was really hot... More

A group of 17 went to this Luau. There was Good food, Great entertainment & we all got our fill. It looked like it was going to rain, but it did not. At the check in, it was a little slow, but this show was hosting about 200- 250 guests. Pre-paid guests had reserved tables, walk-ups paying at the door,... More

Horrible experience. 1 person checking in 100's of guests. The food was awful-cafeteria quality at best. Entertainment was lacking on all levels-singers and dancers were mediocre at best. Serving staff was nice-they are the only reason for 2 rating instead of 1.
