Everyone that drinks coffee has heard of the Kona brands and this particular one is really excellent. This shop, the only place on the island to buy Kona Mountain Coffee is a pleasant opportunity to sample a few different kinds of their coffee, pastry and chat with the people who know the most about the brand. It is located not... More

I will never ever take the humble cup of coffee for granted. Had no idea the numerous processes a humble coffee bean journeys. Great tour, wonderful scenery and explanation by tour guide. You will get to sample so many types of Kona coffee. Shop to purchase that special gift or stock up your own supplies.

Very thorough tour. Enthusiastic & sincerely kind tour guide. Very informative. Wish there were more coffee samples available-only two. Good stuff--expensive products.

We happened to drive by Kona Mountain on our way to another location and decided to stop. My fiance is a coffee drinker and was very happy with the samples and customer service. Although I'm not a coffee fan, I was also very happy - with their tea and chocolates. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was... More

When we arrived it was close to closing on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30pm. We had just come from a rafting ride and we wanted to buy whole bean coffee. We didn't take a tour or see them making the chocolates. When we got into the store, a gentleman came over to us, thanked us for coming and gave us... More

A pleasant visit to the Kona Coffee plantation. From the trees, to the processing, to the coffee flavored ice cream. It was enjoyable and educational.

Great flavor and very friendly staff. They also make their own candies and give out samples! We've already visited twice and will again before the trip is over.

this was our daily stop for 3 weeks on the big island. stopped here every morning to get our coffee fix on then head off to beach. service provided by a great staff and friendly service. it isn't the cheapest coffee on the island, but I didn't expect it. if you purchase more than 3 lbs coffee, they will ship...
