This is my second time using this company, first one was on the Fairwinds. The crew is great and very helpful. I did both the sea rockets and snuba and instruction was thorough and both events were GREAT. The food was better than some of the boats offer. The boat is a clean boat and had two restrooms which was... More

Have been on many snorkel tours throughout Hawaii but this outfit is the best. Smaller boat smaller groups not crowded at all. Very attentive, friendly, patient crew! More expensive than some tours but worth the extra to not be aboard a crowded boat. Great snorkel location with no one else around. Good BBQ lunch. Lots of different flotation devices if... More

Everything you've ever heard about snorkling with the Manta Rays is an understatement. Its surreal and amazing to be within inches of these massuce gentel creatures. An ABSOLUTE must-do. Caveat: I have a terrible predeliction for motion sickness. Typically no problem for snorkleing. Unfortunately, We had pretty big choppy water the evening we went. I failed to realize that the... A local recommended this outfit when we indicated an interest in a boating excursion that involved snorkeling. It was the highlight of our trip. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible. The boat includes comfortable seating with plenty of leg room and shade areas for everyone. Basic fins and better masks (including Rx masks for those who are near... More

We went to two great sites. Fish, Coral, great rock formations. Crew are very friendly and professional. Lunch was delicious - potato chips are addictive

This was the highlight of our two weeks trip and is recommended to anyone visiting the Island of Hawai'i. The first trip we did the Manta Ray's were unfortunately a no-show but thankfully the Hula Kai offers to re-book you on to the next available cruise for free if this happens. Luckily we were able to get in again on... More

We were on the morning snorkeling trip the second week in April. The seas were a bit rough so we ended up snorkeling at two different ends of the same harbor. The marine life was surprisingly different. Spinner dolphins, turtles, and more species of fish than I can count. The food was awesome, the chicken looked a little dry, but... More

We had a great time - first time on the Hula Kai, and we went to snorkel sites I had not been to previously. The captain and crew were very helpful and informative, and we can highly recommend this!

It was an incredible experience. I didn't know you would be so close. The Mantas did graceful back loops and on the top of the loop were sometimes within inches. It is something I will always remember, just amazing!!!
