We had Zack and Devonte as our guides. Both of the guys were very knowledgeable about the island and the wildlife. We got to see a couple of pods of spinner dolphins on the way to the reef and on the way back. Zack slowed down for us so we could enjoy their beauty. Devonte was quick to respond with... More

We went on the 4 hour morning excursion and my boys (11 and 13 y.o) loved the fast and bouncy ride on the ocean. If you are looking for a relaxing boating cruise then this is not for you (or if you have any back or neck issues). This zodiac was once used in the military. We only had 8... More

We went out with Collin and Liz for a 4 hour early am trip. Collin had heard over the radio that there was a pod of whales not too far off our usual course to the snorkel sopt, so he asked if the boat wanted to take a little detour. We all voted "oh yeah!!", and off we went. Sitting... More

Can't say enough good things about this experience! Capt Colin was awesome! I was part of a group of 7 and we were placed with another 7 guests. The trip started with a heart-pounding speedboat ride out of the tender port (we were on a cruise) to search for dolphins. We found a small pod that swam away rather quickly,... More

The 8 of us booked the 12.45pm trip and shared the boat with another family group and a couple. The first part of the trip was the boat journey across open water to Captain Cook bay where we were then given snorkels and fins and jumped over into warm clear water. I have never been snorkelling before and have a... More

This is a top-notch organization. From start to finish, everything went exactly as planned and even the non-planned events were taken care of in a jiffy! We had a great time, ate a great lunch on board, and saw tons and tons of sealife at Captain Cook. We were very comfortable with our crew, and they kept us all safe... More

Wow- what an amazing day! My friend and I wanted to snorkel and called different companies, and we were most impressed by the cheerful and warm response we received when calling Captain Zodiac. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with big smiles and we knew it would be a great day. Our guides, Preston, Devante and Scott and... More

This was our second tour with them and the only problem is that snorkeling anywhere else is just a letdown. Captain Collin was fantastic in guiding my wife into relaxing while snorkeling and we could have stayed out there all day. He was also a wealth of information about the local aquatic life and knew where to find the whales.... More

Great crew - Zack and Liz, very personable and fun. Capt. Cook location of snorkeling was full of people as expected and visibility was okay. Saw dolphins on the way there and watched another boat let their snorkelers off to swim with the dolphins which is what I would have loved to do. Something about their rules don't let them,... More

It was my son's birthday yesterday and we went on a raft and snorkel tour. Kealakekua bay is a perfect spot for snorkeling. The raft was so fast and fun. Captain Chris was very nice. He told us stories of ancient Hawaiian and showed us amazing caves and lava tubes along the coastline. This tour is highly recommended.
