Had a great experience with our instructor Patti who took us through the PADI open water diver course. It was three intensive days of SCUBA training. One day in the pool learning skills and 4 boat dives over two days. Amazing service from the dive shop figuring out rentals and buying masks. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

The dive shop is a full service dive shop. Lots of excursions, on sight lessons, plenty of supplies for purchase, and knowledgeable helpful staff. My son forgot to bring his dive certification card, and they got the info online for him. The night Manta Ray dive is not to be missed. If you don't scuba dive, you do the snorkel.... More

I would have gone with 5 stars but there were just a few details that need to be tweaked by Jacks. First off, the experience itself was incredible. 21 mantas, many of which are so close they do unintentionally touch you. My wife had her mask removed by one of these magnificent creatures. The staff, warm, friendly and mostly helpful.... More

Absolutely magical experience! Once in a lifetime chance to swim with manta rays and the staff was friendly, professional, and fun! I was with a group of 21 people and they managed to make everyone's experience wonderful and all on time. The snorkel was one of the best things I've ever done, I only wish it was longer! We were... We needed to rent some random pieces of snorkeling equipment for the week. Katie at Jack's helped up make them into a package deal, handed us a fish ID card, and give us terrific information about locations to snorkel on island. Absolutely top notch service!

Divers...this is a MUST DO! This dive shop has it right. The ultimate pampered diving experience without the usual resort pricing. Owners Jeff and Teri Leicher have the very best team of professionals that love to make diving in Hawaii awesome. Once you check in, they do it all. This was our first time to visit and dive in Hawaii. All four dives that we did were fabulous! The manta ray dive exceeded all of our hopes! The setup was so organized - the crew took great care of us. They made each dive a great experience. Captain Jim and dive masters Dave, Mongo, Sharp, Sarah, and Juan were... More

My wife and I recently visited Hawaii spending time on Maui and the "Big Island". We stayed in the Kona area. My primary reason to visit "the "Big Island" was to be able to experience the large Manta Rays they are known for. The management company we worked with suggested "Jack's Diving Locker" to arrange the dive. I found them... More

It was enchanting. Yes, I used that word. Sunset off Kona, dolphins next to boat for a short visit, silvery gray and pink fish swirling around in funnels while bubbles from the scuba tanks floating up all around you. Then the Mantas, smaller ones at first then large, graceful creatures swooping directly under us, completely unconcerned at our presence. They... More
