I did the two tank Reef evening/ Manta night dive and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The staff is attentive and extremely professional, putting me at ease for my first dive in several years. They are very careful in explaining everything, ensuring everyone has everything they need for the dive and efficient in getting the groups of divers into the... More

The crew at Jack's is great, and very personable. When we arrived at Kona, we dropped off our gear at Jack's, and they took care of the rest. The gear was ready and set up on the boat for our dives, and they rinsed and hung it back at the shop for us. All we had to do was show... More

I had an amazing journey with the wonderful staff of Jack's Dive Locker. Starting with a lesson on snorkeling with Chris, first tour with Joshua to the Cove, then two wonderful adventures with an awesome crew to swim with the dolphins. They were very considerate and kind at all times. Loved the lunches also. Thanks to Joshua I felt confident... More

I took my 87 year old grandmother and my 12 yr old first time diver on the manta snorkel an dive, respectively, and each of the guides were amazing! They were patient and attentive and made sure we were all doing ok. They explained and showed us all the incredible sea life and made each of us feel like we... More

I would recommend Jack's Diving Locker to anyone coming to the Big Island that wants to go on an amazing dive! These guys are seriously professional (and fun!) and we had the most wonderful time with them. We went for the 2-tank manta night dive and the experience was amazing!!! The first dive was beautiful and Juan Carlos, our guide,... More

Just returned from visiting Kona and diving with Jack's Dive locker. Excellent boat and crew. Well stocked shop and repair facilities. Excellent rental equipment. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Plan for a 2 dive trip taking the day. Leaving the docks after 9 and back around 3. No rush to get you in to the water at the dive site and... More

I utilized Jack's Diving Locker in Kona in early June. Jack's maintains a fully stocked dive shop with a very hospitable staff. The dive boats are comfortable and located right on the inlet. I had the opportunity to dive with three different guides Ryan, Keller and Mongo who are all very experienced and enthusiastic. The highlight of my dives was... More

Wow! What an amazing dive operation they have. Great dive sites and amazing dive guides. We did two morning dives and afternoon and night dive with them. Keller and Mongo were awesome. The manta night dive was outstanding! I will definitely dive with them again!

Kavicka was the boat captain and Kyle was our snorkel guide. Funny and informative. Only saw one manta, but he was a show off. The shop was clean, the wetsuits were clean and the employees were helpful. Wish we were staying here longer, we'd do it again.
