Whenever we go to Austria we always look to go somewhere that offers us the chance to ski on a glacier and the Kitzsteinhorn is exactly what we wanted! And we certainly got that. A 20 minute taxi ride was all it took to get there. Middle station and all the gondola stations were excellent not a problem experienced for... More

Fast lifts to get up from the car park, well groomed pistes and we were super lucky to have beautiful weather following overnight snowfall..

The skiing here is fantastic. However the lower slopes do get quite cut up. The red runs are quite easy. If the weather is not on your side it isn't much fun however when the sun is out and the skies are blue you wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Skiing up at 3029 m is certainly a memory for a lifetime. Not for the faint hearted but certainly for those seeking a thrill. Brilliant slopes although beware that the blue runs at the top aren't as easy as you'd imagine. Lovely guest centre on the summit too. Couldn't fault it whatsoever

Everyone knows that a ski resort can be a totally different place with lots of snow. The first day I skied here we got lots of it. The X1 after lots of snow was by far my favorite. I enjoyed the restaurants as well as the Ice Bar at mid mountain. The panoramic view at the top is breathtaking!

Nice place with great views. Within Alps pretty small resort. Good for families. Due lack of snow this year all slopes were even more tight and easy to hit small stones. Impossible to find route on your own in free area.

First time skier so not a lot to compare it to. Had an absolutely brilliant time regardless and would definitely go again. Can't fault the ski school, Jeanette was brilliant and had a group of beginners on red runs by Thursday! Plenty of snow when we went which is always a bonus.

When buying your ski pass and have the time buy the pass that includes this are . It's only a short drive or bus drive away but the views and slopes are some of the best you will experience . We were lucky as it was a blue sky day and we will go back there .

This is a marvellous place to visit whether you are skiing or just want to admire the majesty of the mountain vista. There are viewpoints and restaurants at the various stops for the cable cars and gondolas. Fun and relaxation for all.
