Our tour started out in Lafitte's Blacksmith Bar- a cool historical bar lighted by candlelight. I recommend getting a drink to take along the trip. We got the Voodoo purple daiquiri-tastes like alcoholic grape kool aid. As soon as we went on the patio, Gina introduced herself and got started. There was only about 10 of us, which was awesome.... Maybe Bloody Mary is a better tour guide but we had someone else that was only interested in telling us how "in touch" she was with the spirit world. Very into herself. She told us a few stories as she did a "drive by" but even at the three places we did stop and get out of the van we... More

We were so disappointed in the ghost pub tour. We'd really been looking forward to it, but the tour ended up being incredibly boring and phony (seeming). Our tour guide, Gina, seemed disinterested and annoyed that she had to take us on the tour, and just stood in front of us as if reading a script the whole time. I'm... More

Bloody Mary is the best. We went on the evening tour that started at 5p. Met her on the outskirts and she took us to a few lesser known cemetaries, one of which is not your traditional NOLA spot with the above ground burials. I didn't go on any of the tours being sold in the tourist area, so I... More

We did the Tour of the Undead. Our guide wasn't Mary and I don't remember her name. We didn't book the tour ahead of time but just showed up at the pub where the tour starts and paid cash. We walked around the French Quarter for about 2 hours. The guide had many interesting stories and we had several stops... More

...then you should go! This was a great tour. A very interesting history about some twisted things that went on in the French Quarter without being even slightly hokey. You get pit stops for drinks, and Jean Lafitte's sets the tone for this tour very well.

This is an evening tour, with a smattering of information about a lot of things - ghostly history, voodoo, cemeteries, Katrina (not too much). You are in and out just enough to rest and stretch. Eat something first! I should have known that it would be more than two hours, but I didn't. A small enough group that questions could... More

Mary is authentic and dedicated, with vast amount of knowledge. She is absolutely for real, and if you're open, or sensitive, you will learn a lot... Definitely worth it.

This was a great tour to learn about New Orleans. The tour guide, Matthew, was very knowledgeable. It was very interesting to learn about the history of different buildings and the spirits that still live within them. This tour led us to many places that the average tourist would not know to go to. What better way to learn about... More

I read many positive reviews of this tour and decided to go with it, over all the others. We were very glad we did. She doesn't advertise, and I didn't see anything promoting her business when we were there. You need to make your reservation online 24 hours in advance to make sure you get a spot. Mary is a...
