We are the " Best Kept Secret" because we are hidden on the second floor of the hotel, but once you find us we will always be a part of your itinerary. Our specialty is massage. We are noted for the best men's facial, and couples from around the globe come to us for couples massage. Book early because our local clientele is quite large. I go to ALOT of salon and spas and Spa Aria ranks at the top. I booked the "Full Monty" which is a massage, a facial and a mani pedi. The facial was first which was fantastic! Trudy did an amazing job customizing my facial to my specific needs. She listened to everything I had to say about my skin... More

My husband and I were not staying at the Hotel Monteleone, however we chose this side anyways. We got a couples massage and we're both happy as the massage therapists each adjusted to the style we like. There are full shower facilities and locker rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful.

My husband and I had massages at the spa, which is inside the Hotel Montelone. We didn't stay at the hotel, but I was impressed by the front desk staff there. I asked them for a spa brochure, and though they didn't have any at the desk, they went out of their way to call up to the 5th floor... More

I was recently given the gift of a 75 minute deep tissue massage at Spa Aria as a birthday present. The space was very dimly lit, very relaxing and a peaceful refuge from the very busy Hotel Monteleon where the spa is located. My service provider was Andhi and he did a wonderful job and mixed in some Thai massage... More

When I arrived in NOLA I yelped a spa and found that this spa was right around the corner from the Marriott where I would be staying. I was introduced to Trudy who willingly stayed longer to accommodate my package. WOW! Everyone was great!

I came here to get a manicure and pedicure for some self care on a business trip to New Orleans. I found the front staff to be very pleasant and helpful. They lady who did my hands and feet was great company and very good at what she does. I would highly recommend coming for this service. Cons: This isn't... More

One word: Andy. The. best. massage. I. have. ever. had. And I've had quite a few. The spa is in the mezzanine level of the very beautiful Monteleone hotel. It's quiet and friendly, not super elegant or upscale posh (I live in Miami where spas have a different kind of vibe) but it doesn't matter because once you strip off... More

I could not be more disappointed with my massage I just received. The price was right, $145 for 90 minute massage, but it was a waste of my time and money. I asked to specifically have my neck and back focused on, yet a majority of the massage was spent on my feet. She made no apparent changes to her... More

This is a lovely boutique spa with lots of services offered. My cousin and I decided that a quick 30 minute massage before our last lunch in town would be a good send off to the airport. It was not a good idea- it was the BEST idea we have ever had! Lovely front desk staff and highly skilled massage... More

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
