So much interesting New Orleans history.

This was the best tour. Joe is an excellent ambassador for his city. He tells the history of New Orleans through the tales of the cocktails. We learned so much of the buildings, the people, the businesses and the characters throughout the history of the city. We learned so much more than on the other trips I have taken to... More

This was NOT our first trip to New Orleans, but it was definitely our best -- due in part to the time we spent with Joe on the Cocktail Tour! A former teacher, Joe gave us a very thorough history lesson on the French Quarter and its culinary establishments, and gave us plenty of time to sample the local drink... More

We loved your review! Sounds like you tasted New Orleans and all the history that went along with the "tastes". We will certainly let Joe know of your wonderful comments! More

We absolutely loved this tour!!!! Our tour guide, Brian, was fantastic!!! He was very knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans and the establishments that we visited. He made it so fun and so interesting. We visited Sylvain's, Pirate's Alley Absinthe House, Antoine's, and the Carousel Bar at the Monteleone Hotel. I believe this tour doesn't necessarily visit these exact... More

My friend and I were only in New Orleans for a day but we wanted to see the city and learn some history. We found about this tour and immediately bought tickets. It was the best tour of a city I have ever experienced! The tour guide was wonderful and full of knowledge. His name was Joe and he created... More

So glad you met Joe and learned about his passion - the history of the city through cocktails. Come back and visit again as we add and change our many stops More

This is much more than a "cocktail tour". Oh, to be sure, you are given the opportunity to try some of the best cocktails in New Orleans, but Joe the guide is quite knowledgable about the history of the French Quarter and he absolutely delights in imparting his knowledge on the tour attendees. You are taken to really historically significant... More

The tour is so much more than hearing about cocktail history, or even tasting the wonderful beverages, but also the places that you visit. Many people find their new "favorite place" to visit again and again. Thank you. More

We hit some great places, including the Court of Two Sisters, Antoine's, my favorite was Brousarrd's as the bartender there was named top 25 in the country. There was one more, but I was too far into the tour to remember... haha. Sandy was a great guide. She was a lot of fun and also a wealth of knowledge. If... More

My husband and I booked the Cocktail Tour for the first afternoon of our first visit to New Orleans – and we were so glad we did! Etienne Skrabo was a wonderful guide and did a great job of introducing us to many original drinks of New Orleans and the establishments which created them. Not only were we intrigued with... More

A group of us friends gather in New Orleans every year for the Jazz Fest and we try to take a tour , see an attraction or go out for a fancy meal while we're there. Joe Gendusa was our guide and we loved every minute of the tour. He founded the tour 15 years ago and his knowledge and... More

The first weekend of the 2015 festival mixed music with mud from rain storms on Friday and Saturday. More than 60 acts performed each day 11 AM to 7 PM in a dozen tents and stages along with parades, food, drinks, and souvenirs. This is a great way to get a sample of jazz, blues, gospel, rock, and other genres... More

We didn't have a lot of time in NOLA so when we found this tour we were glad to get to see some bars and get some history. We had no idea how much fun it was going to be. Sandi was our tour guide. Along with being very knowledgeable and connected to the roots of the city she was... More
