Great show. Clean area and restrooms. Food and drinks are costly. Loved the show. If you have a chan Ce to see her, Go. She is 69 years old and can still sing and dance. She... read more

I went to a concert here and the venue was excellent. It was easy to find. The staff was very friendly. The seats were VERY comfortable. I was impressed. There was not a bad seat in the place to watch the concert.

Was here for a concert. Walked half way around the arena to find a men's bathroom. Passed dozens of women's and finally found a men's room; near section 116.

Flew in from kc for the game. They keep this arena unbelievably cold. Felt like the fan was right on me. They should get this fixed.

I may be biased since we saw an awesome game, but this arena is great. We did a package deal for tickets, 2 free drinks, and a T shirt. Very inexpensive for all of that, and even though our seats were in the highest level, we could see the game very well. Great overall experience from start to finish. Make... More

Great centre, with all round good views, we sat up the back to the left and we could see the entire Pelicans game without straining. The atmosphere blows you away. Had the best time.

Attended the New Orleans Pelicans game against the Golden State Warriors (Pelicans won in the end, great game). Booked tickets through ticketmaster and collected at box office before the game. Unfortunately at no stage was I informed that backpacks were not allowed in the arena, so had to make a roundtrip to my hotel just to get in. Luckily I... More

This was my first visit to the Smoothie King Center. My husband and I were there for the Stevie Wonder concert. I am a 5' 5" plus size woman and I was terrified that the stadium seats would not be large enough in the seat for my rear-end which is where I carry most of my weight. For those of... More
