I enjoyed the Smoothie King Center because of the comfortable seats and also because of the food. The food was nice and it has so many selections. I think the only thing I had a real problem with is that.... well my team lost.

My husband and I have season tickets for the NBA team New Orleans Pelicans and we enjoy our seats and the games tremendously. The exceptional thing about the Arena is the service that we receive from the staff, particularly Courtney Gros, who handles our account, the personnel at the Capital One Club are always friendly, courteous and prompt to help... During our wedding week we decided to see a game, New Orleans Pelicans vs Utah Jazz. The venue is very nice, New Orleans loves their team so it was packed but we still had nice seats. There were so many vendors and so much good food I had to pace myself!

Walked up to the window the day of the Houston Rocket game and got two great seats. Could not believe how cheap the tickets are here compared to other cities. Atmosphere was great the place was clean and the staff friendly. The food choices are great and perfect for kids to watch a game. They just need more fans

Went to a fabulous game of NBA - New Orleans Pelicans vs Houston Rockets. Seats were high up but we still had a good view of the action. Catering was excellent on all levels and access to souvenirs was there too. Entertainment throughout the game was AWSOME.

The venue as a concert makes this first visit ok, we elected poor seating, so spend the extra as the nose bleed section is scary to say the least. Almost a safety factor involved just getting to your seat!! If your scared of heights it's not for you, but the sound & special affects during the concert are amazing. So... More

We purchased tickets in September to come New Orleans to see "Usher". This was going to be our first time at the Smoothie King Center. The seating chart was a tremendous help in choosing our seats. However, we were still worried. When we arrived, how the arena is designed, there is not a bad seat anywhere in the building. All... More

My husband and I went to this center to see Cirque. A very nice place! The ushers were extremely helpful and ushered people to seats. They were even at hand to help an older gentleman up from his seat during intermission. The bathrooms are easily located and the staff was always visible and helpful!

I was a little confused as we were driving right up to the Superdome thinking...I know the ticket said Smoothie King Center, maybe we put it in GPS wrong. The Smoothie King Center is literally right next to the Super Dome. It is about a quarter of the size of the Super Dome. Because it is small, it doesn't look... More

We saw Paul McCartney over the weekend. The show was phenomenal!!!!!! The venue...eh. no big deal. There's nothing within walking distance in so much as restaurants. We were disappointed with this...should have done a little more research on this. There is ample parking, more on this later. Within the venue there are very limited concessions available. In Houston's arenas there... More
