WWE Monday Night RAW

Attended WWE Monday Night RAW here. Have to say this is one of the better arenas I have visited. Was a decent size, not too big nor small. The seats were very comfortable. Seems like a great place. Was a bit confusing to find, even with my GPS. Ended up just parking at a hotel garage nearby and walking about... More

We've been here several times for concerts & sporting events. Concession prices are what you'd expect from an arena. $8-$10 for beers. They have an alligator poboy that is an absolute must when we visit! Staff has always been helpful & friendly. And to the people complaining that the place is to cold.......REALLY? In the Louisiana summertime heat I welcome... More

I attended a concert here with friends. It was a nice big facility. I would definitely return for another event here at this location.

...and it was awesome! I was in the lower ring, so I can't vouch for upper ring seats, but I was close to being as far as you can get from the stage and the view was still great. The huge video projections didn't hurt, either, but I've been to a stadium show where I was so far from the... More

Overall great sized venue for events. Not to big, not to small. Concessions are pricey but that's to be expected. Only complaint is the clear plexy glass on the first row of the upper section. Very scary when walking by to get to your seat. One wrong move and you could easily fall over.

Coldest place on earth. I felt like I was in commercial freezer. I felt like I had frost bite. Food overpriced 9.00 for three little chicken tenders and fries and it had noooo seasoning. We are in NOLA. Really.

Saw Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood on their last night in New Orleans. Never been to the Smoothie King Center before but it was a great venue, comfy seats, reasonably priced concessions and $15 (cash) parking just next door. FABULOUS show!!!

My family saw Garth Brooks in concert here. I would have given this an "excellent" rating if the entry process hadn't been so bad. We had purchased tickets with a paperless method, but the center had only one door designated and equipped to handle the paperless guests. This caused us to be in line to enter for a VERY long... I was there on a day that they were doing back to back Garth Brooks concerts. There was a show at 7 and one at 10:30 so I expected crowd management to be a nightmare. I can't speak to the parking since we walked but did see that they have multiple parking lots. The facility was cleaned and they had... More

I attended a Garth Brooks show on 11-July-2015. The Arena is nicely laid out has clean restrooms. The concessions is marginal at best and HIGH PRICED on top of getting ripped off on the price the condiment stand only has Mayo Mustered & Ketchup, No Pickles Jalapenos or Radish! I could have dealt with the food issues what took most... More
