This is NOT an exaggeration! Seriously. I visit every time I visit New Orleans. They always have great bands that play '60s and 70s music. The one we saw on Sunday night even had the audacity and pull off brilliantly "Another Brick in the Wall". I have spent hours there before and did the same on Sunday. The fact that... More

We stopped for a beer or two while on Bourbon St, great drink specials and the House Band was great. They had a great house band. Will definately go back.

The favorite bar on Bourbon Street for my wife & I for many reasons but it starts with the house band - THE QUARTNOTES. They are top notch led by lead guitarist Kevin & Keyboard player Roberto. The female lead singer is Miss Rebecca and you wont go wrong with either of the lead male singers - Steve or Ross.... More

First visited on my only other trip to New Orleans 16 years ago, I was delighted find this bar still going and just a few steps from the hotel my employer had booked for me off Bourbon St! The live music and atmosphere were just as good as my last visit.

We spent a couple of long afternoons in Famous Door and had a terrific time each day. The house band was an excellent rock cover band and their line-up changed a bit each time. The drinks are a bit pricey but they're strong. The atmosphere is fun and the setting comfortable.

Seriously, if you have a bad time in this bar. Its not the bar, its you. Its impossible not to enjoy yourself here. We had 3 fantastic nights on our short visit to NOLA and we have been here before and had an amazing time. Its just a good ole' fashioned New Orleans bar with a Rock'n Roll and band... More

My favorite music venue on Bourbon Street! Great variety of rock, classic rock, and blues rock. I always stop in this place every visit! Bands are great and drinks are not too expensive! Check it out!

and music. A fun crowd, just avoid the shots girls with their test-tube shots! Definitely music and dancing for the over 30 crowd - which we are!
