We didn't try the spa services, but the store has wonderfully quirky items for sale as well as great spa products. They also have lots of 'Try Me' products. Drop in and enjoy!

My husband and I came for a couple's massage for our anniversary. We were offered champagne or other beverage, did about 20 minutes in the sauna, then had our massage. Making the appointment was easy, no hassle. We had a nice spa experience. We weren't kept waiting, thought the facility was just fine, and we had great services. Pricing was... More

I was given a $100 dollar gift card at my baby shower soon before my baby was born in April from my family. They wanted me to be able to enjoy a relaxing day either before my baby was born or soon after so that I could recover. It was a very sweet gesture and this spa was close to... More

I am the manager you spoke with yesterday. I truly apologize for the inconvenience of one of our associates calling in sick - I tried my hardest to find a replacement for her to accommodate your service. We offered you two time options to try to accommodate your services back to back which you were unable to make (which I... More

Belladonna was recommended to me by our rental agent (I was visiting New Orleans for the weekend) and it did not disappoint. I needed a firm relaxation massage and Katherine had the perfect touch. I was able to shower and change in the locker room before heading to the airport. I hope to come back next time I'm in New... More

Ever feel like your shoulders are attached to your ear lobes, every muscle in your body is as tight as a violin string? Go talk to Tiffiany at Belladonna's Day Spa. They will treat you like a princess. Parking is a bit limited, so consider taking a cab or the bus. Once you are there, you are offered a beverage... More

HORRIBLE!!! They have the worst customer service in the area. They are extremely rude over the phone, and when we showed up for our appointment they had given away one of the appointments of the girl in our party (we only had a party of 3), and told us she could wait for 3 hours until another appointment became available.... When I am going to New Orleans, I call ahead and make reservations for a pedicure. I got a deep tissue massage with Zev.....omg. They have cucumber water and champagne to drink while you look at all the goodies for sale. The pedicure is an extravaganza with those chairs that rub your back while they're doing your toes. I do... I do not know if I was being judged because I showed up on my bicycle in a t-shirt and shorts or not, but Belladonna just lost a potential long time customer. Nothing pisses me off more than waiting when making an appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early for my 2 PM appointment to relax and cool off only... More

I went to Belladonna after Jazz Fest weekend to decompress. The massage was nice/relaxing and my facial was excellent. My facialist/brow expert Meghan was a true professional. She took time to ask me all of my skin concerns and what result I wanted from my facial. She also walked me through how to properly shape and keep up my brows.... More

Staying in Garden District

Neighborhood Profile
Garden District
Head to the Garden District for the full-on New Orleans experience replete with quaintly clanking streetcars, proudly grandiose antebellum mansions, picture perfect avenues lined with live oaks loaded down with Spanish moss, and a wealth of beautiful churches and many more architectural marvels. Even a brief excursion here makes plain why it’s called the Garden District. So, when you visit be sure to give yourself ample time for admiration at a languidly slow pace befitting such gentile strand of riverside living and to allow you to maximize each opportunity to stop and smell the roses – and whichever other blooms you might come across. While taking it all in, you’d do well to dine at one of the city’s most beloved destinations for regional cuisine. Gourmands from far and wide (and right round the corner) swear the age-old Commander’s Palace is the best restaurant in town – and have been doing so since it opened back in 1880.
