Wow...is all we can say....so much information and extremely friendly and helpful! Pointed out so many places of interest....we'll have to bring a notebook next time to write it all down.

David knows so much about the history of the area, we did a double tour, French quarter and cemetarys, it was so interesting. He talked about history, myths, actualities, architecture, as well as culture. I would totally do another tour with him again if I go back down south. He is very interesting.

We actually hired David for a custom tour for our wedding guests! He was polite, flexible and easy to work with! We had him put together an evening walking tour that would include history as well as stopping by 4 historical bars (Carousel, Hermes, Napoleon, and Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop) and recommending their famous drinks! He put together an awesome plan... More

Canadian Travel Mongers give David's walking tour the big thumbs up! Passionate, knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful two hour tour of some of the amazing sights, sounds and history of the wonderful French Quarter. Highly recommend looking this character up if you need to plan an in-depth or overview tour. So good, we booked David for a Garden District tour as... More

I took a tour with David months back. We arranged the tour pretty last minute and David was very accommodating! I had a group of people with disabilities and David was great with making sure we had accessible routes and stops for bathrooms as needed. The our was very interesting. David does a great job telling stories and keeping the... More

I was very impressed with this tour. Communications with David were good. Met a few minutes early and got to chat. Very knowledgable, entertaining and personable. He texted the night before to remind me to bring water and an umbrella since there is no shade in the cemetery. Turned out it rained, so I'm glad I brought my umbrella! Might... More

My friend and I took the 2 hour french quarter and cemetary tour. We were there during the slow season, so it was actually just us on the tour which was nice. Dave was very informative; the whole tour was filled with interesting stories and fun facts about the history of the city. I would definitely recommend his tour.

We really enjoyed our tour of the Garden District and Lafeyette Cemetary. David was very knowledgeable and interesting. We had a small group of 6 which was really nice for being able to hear and stay as a group. Some of the tour groups we saw were much bigger. The tour lasted 2 hours. Be sure to bring a water... More

I am glad you enjoyed my tour but you if you haven't guessed it I am not one someone who takes much stock in my appearance and it really makes me wonder why you care so much? Lets put it this way if you are looking to go on a walking tour with a perfectly manicured. polished. unimaginative, preppy guy... More

Contacted Nola Tour Guy in regards to booking a tour in July when I had a group of friends visiting. Never heard anything back, even though I sent it to the email address listed directly on the website. When a month had passed, I sent a follow up email explaining that I had inquired about a tour and hadn't heard... More

I am truly sorry for the mix up and I am sorry I came off as unfriendly on email. People email me months in advance then forget. I was just trying to avoid this by suggesting that you book the tour closer to the day. More
