Went for my first time!!! Thursday is Zydeco night. The web page let's you see who will be playing each night and it allows you to pre-purchase tickets. You did not seem need to print out the receipt as the site suggests, as they had our name on a list. The night we were there, the band started playing at 815,... More

We came here with another couple who had been to New Orleans many times and insisted that we experience this venue. Wow! It's completely over the top! We saw a terrific band, The Boogeymen, perform and clearly by the packed house Rock n Bowl is quite a destination on Saturday night. The two attractions (music + bowling) seem at first... More

I am a local and have been to this venue multiple times and have to say that I have had a great time each and every visit. It's great for large groups that want to cut up and let loose. Great dance floor as well.

I came for the weekly Wednesday night swing dancing. Huge dance floor, reasonable prices, and great people! Everyone always has a blast, whether dancing, bowling, or just partying!

In laws (~85 yrs) in town. Understanding from wife, home celebration. Last minute change (12/29) opening. Made a play with a friend whose husband's band was playing the Canal Place Westin. Too late, no room. Rock n Bowl Tad Benoit, reasonable ($27@). Great dance floor, not right on our target for music (too country), but enough, good dance tunes. Good... More

One of the highlights of our last trip to NOLA. Went their to see Eric Lindell, who rescheduled after we had purchased tickets. The management was very accommodating to give us options on what we could do, which we appreciated. Didn't eat, but saw a great show, in a great environment and loved watching everyone dance, and use the hula... More

This old bowling alley is still a great deal of fun. Not a lot of lanes, not super fancy not pristine lanes but a whole lot of fun. Full bar, live music, a whole lot of fun for all ages.

Our organization held our Christmas Party here last night which was a totally different setting from our normal restaurant parties in the past. This was my first time visiting this place and did not know what to expect. It was great, rather than stand around and mingle which many did, they blocked out 4 lanes for our party and set... More

Recently our Non-profit, Core Element, held it's third annual fund raiser here. The staff and owner, John Blancher could not have been more accomodating. The atmosphere is festive and it is easy and offers a variety for the attendees. We had bowling competition, great food, band, entertainment form Disco Amigos...dancing, etc. Rockin Dopsey's band palyed after the event and we... More

We were in New Orleans for a destination wedding and the bride and groom organized a night at the Rock N Bowl. Had a great time at a great price. For $20-$30 per person you get bowling, shoe rental, food, open bar and an outstanding band next to a huge dance floor. It was such fun to see all the... More
