We tried to visit St. Louis #1 cemetery on our own but found out only tour groups are allowed. The security guard there suggested we called French Quarter Phantoms, so we did, a reserved something for the next day. I regret not remembering the name of the guide, but the tour was very informative and our guide was so much... More

Great tour of St. Louis Cemetery #1. Blaise was a knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. Great stories of New Orleans history and of the cemetery. Would definitely take another tour from French Quarter Phantoms next time we're in Nola.

Whether you believe in ghosts or not, this is a fun and historically insightful trip into NOLA's darker side. Our tour guide Aubrey had researched many of the stories she shared. She also shared her own ghostly experience. The tour covers about 3/4 of a mile & several sites in about 90 min. It's the best value for the money... More

The tour and the tour guide were outstanding. Angela, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and made sure everyone was having a great time. The only problem with my particular tour was the drunk couple always interrupting her; they were obnoxious.

My husband and I took this tour on a recent visit to New Orleans. Tess was our guide and she easily and interestingly recounted the history of New Orleans that impacted and helped form the Treme neighborhood. Most of this was in story form so it really kept our interest. The walk was relatively short and easy.

Over the course of our weekend in New Orleans we went on two tours with French Quarter Phantoms, the Ghost and Vampire tour and the St. Louis #1 tour. The Ghost and Vampire tour had some very interesting stories, there were some that we had heard time and time again and some that we had never heard of. We went... More

I loved this! Robert was our tour guide, & he did an excellent job of giving us the history of New Orleans, especially of the brothels & bars. We had about a 2 hour walking tour that included a couple of breaks, and got such interesting info about the people & places here. This is my 3rd or 4th visit... More

I had the pleasure of taking a Treme tour lead by a kind gentleman (if I recall correctly - forgive me it is NoLA, some memories are a bit hazy!) Sam. The tour's order is a little all over in terms of chronology (about which we were warned from the get-go), but it was incredibly informative and interesting. Sam's knowledge... More

I was disappointed with this tour. Based on other reviews, I think it just comes down to the guide you get. Our guide started late and led the tour by telling us that he had another tour immediately following ours. That was obvious when our tour seemed to end early. I say "seemed to" because there are three different times... More

Thank you for bringing my attention to the discrepancies about the tour length. Our guides are allowed 2 hours maximum for the full tour and 90 minutes minimum, we expect most tours to last about an hour and forty five minutes. The difference in time is allowed for answering questions from tour guests. If there are a lot of questions... More
