We did the ghost tour last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Justin was our guide: knowledgeable, funny and best of all easy to hear!!! For someone who doesn't know much about the city, it was fun to get a bit of history mixed in with the creepy 😊

Our guide was Aubrey, who was very informative. The tour was well done. The only part that could possibly be improved upon is the end. It ends very abruptly and not back at the place where you began so we were kind of left in the street with our guide telling us to go "that way". We ended up lost... More

I am giving them 4 stars because, I want people to know that the Saints and Sinners tour I took with Blaise was great. Fun, informative and Blaise was very personable and enjoyable to talk to not only about New Orleans but her own life and experiences. I highly recommend this tour. That inspired me to take another tour with... More

I booked this tour online through Viator for my best friend and I, and we absolutely loved it. Our tour guide, Aubrey, was fabulous. We had a larger end group size, about 22, which I personally think was a few people too many, but highly enjoyable none the less. Aubrey was very well versed, and answered all the crazy questions... French Quarter Phantoms set up a tour of the Treme district for three of us traveling together. Our guide was Robin, who was tremendous. Smart, well-informed, funny, moved at a great pace and was happy to answer all of our questions (which were many!) I was hesistant to use French Quarter Phantoms as I would never do a tour based... Justin toured our small group and it exceeded our expectations! Fabulous wealth of information shared, plus examples of music as he talked. Nice little extra to make the tour memorable.

We took the Ghosts and Vampire Tour with Luke, it was so creepy and spooky!! He was a great and funny story teller and I really appreciated his honesty when I asked if I caught something creepy on my camera, he informed me it was just dust, rather than lying and making up clearly false stories. This just made me... More

While on this tour the weather would not cooperate. It rain like crazy. Thankfully the tour guide Blaise was on top of explaining everything and answering questions while getting us through the tour quickly. She did not skip anything and joked with us about the rain. Everyone in our six people group loved it. Thanks Blaise!

I happened to come across this tour group on google and we couldn't be happier. This wasn't the closest company, but I wanted just a cemetery tour and not one that merely "included" the cemetery. Miss Ashton started started the tour right outside the Voodoo Lounge and guided us to the cemetery stopping a couple times along the way to... More

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
