We toured the old new Orleans rum distillery in August '14 and were greeted with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere (complimentary Cajun spiced rum and sweet tea). Our tour guide was phenominal and very comforting in an otherwise unsettling part of New Orleans. He was very knowledgeable about the distillation process just as their website suggests and did not... More

You couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. We made the mistake of driving ourselves to the distillery. We loved the welcome committee and the nice cups of tea before during and after our tour. We could have used the shuttle service back to our hotel, we so warm and toasty from all of that tea! The parking is almost... More

The tour kicked off with a huge glass of NOLA rum ice tea. Being as rum fan, I ended up giving it to my husband, for I was unable to finish it, so much of it was there! It was really delicious though! We were shown around the distillery, and the guide was really informative and fun, we thoroughly enjoyed... More

Had a great tour with Jeff. He sure knows his stuff and is very friendly and personable. For 10 dollars a person, you sure have a great time. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I visited the distillery on Thursday afternoon. I called about ordering on line and was told to just come on in. I map quested the location and drove by on our way in to New Orleans. No one ever implied it was walking distance from the French Quarter. The drive took us through some lovely neighborhoods. We... More

Thought this would be fun to do with my college age son. We had a blast. We were picked up in a full van and after a quick drive were at a small warehouse. The tasting room is fun, has some great art, and holds about 20 people. We were served iced tea and their spiced rum - delicious. We... More

What's not to love about drinking in the middle of the day? Although not located in the action of the French Quarter, it's only a 10 minute drive away, no car, no problem. They have a shuttle service from the French Quarter for FREE just call to schedule a pick-up time. Jeff the driver was sooooo knowledge about the city... More

For $10 (Coupons on the NOLA map for BOGO HALF OFF) & all the rum samples you can drink... great deal. Loved the tour, loved the employees, loved the samples! I would do it again with someone that hasn't been on this tour, in a heartbeat. Do the 4:00 tour... then get dropped off in the FQ to finish the... More

The tour of the distillery is fun and entertaining. You call and book it and walk to one of 2 pick up points in the French Quarter. We called around 10:30 AM and booked a tour for noon. Easy peasy. Jeff was our guide, and also our driver. He was fun to talk to right from the start, very personable... More
