The distillery is hard to find and is not walking distance from the French Quarter but was a nice change. The tour is interesting in general but the distillery itself is run down and a little dirty. You get to taste the different rums and the new Gingeroo which we loved. If you also like the Gingeroo you better buy... More

I want to thank you for your feedback and respond to your review in order to rectify this situation. While we are not a comfortable walking distance from the French Quarter, we do offer reservations on our complimentary shuttle to and from our distillery. I also understand that our distillery is not as polished as other tourist destinations, but we... More

Beware....don't try to walk here from the French Quarter. We did not know how far out it was and attempted to walk. After about a mile we flagged down a taxi, and it was at least another 3 miles or more after that....and not in the best neighborhoods. That being said...this place is worth the trip. We took the tour,... More

What to do when rain alters your outdoor activity plans? Vist the Old New Orleans Rum Distillery. We arranged for shuttle pick up in the French Quarter. Our affable driver turned out to also be our tour guide and general manager of the distillery, who served guest cups of sweet tea with spiced rum before the tour even began. It... More

The tour was great and very informative. You get samples of all their rum, and it was all amazing. Transportation provided. For 10 bucks, you get free drinks and free transportation. Best deal in New Orleans, all for the price of one drink elsewhere. It's a don't miss if you're a rum lover.

This tour was one of the cheapest things we did in NOLA. You'll have to take a cab to get there because it is way off of the beaten path (but cab fare is very reasonable.) We made the mistake of thinking we could walk, but only made it about a quarter of the way before hailing a cab. You... More

Made reservation thru zerve. Confirmed by phone for pickup in the French Quarter. Seems zerve and the distillery were not talking. Zerve told us transport was on the way. 30 minutes later we called the Distillery to find out they don't provide transport on Saturday's. ya think they would have let us and/or zerve know that. They agree to refund... More

Had a good time with my friends checking this place out! Was very cheap for a tour and lasted only about 45 minutes. We were served a great drink to walk around with. We were walked and talked through the history of this business and the process of distilling. At the end we got to take a small shot of... More

The tour guide is so informative! The rum is so amazing! A MUST DO if you are in New Orleans! You also get to see more of NOLA, if you take the van tour. Wife and I had a blast!

This was a great little diversion during our New Orleans vacation. As an avid Rum fan, finding Old New Orleans Rum was like discovering a lost treasure. The tour was informative and very well organized and presented by a gentleman that was fun to listen to. I enjoyed their products enough to order and have it shipped home. They make... More
