For $10 (Coupons on the NOLA map for BOGO HALF OFF) & all the rum samples you can drink... great deal. Loved the tour, loved the employees, loved the samples! I would do it again with someone that hasn't been on this tour, in a heartbeat. Do the 4:00 tour... then get dropped off in the FQ to finish the... More

The tour of the distillery is fun and entertaining. You call and book it and walk to one of 2 pick up points in the French Quarter. We called around 10:30 AM and booked a tour for noon. Easy peasy. Jeff was our guide, and also our driver. He was fun to talk to right from the start, very personable... More

We found an ad for the distillery tour in a local area map. I looked up their website and was able to book a tour and time. When you first get there you are served a mixed rum drink! Great marketing technique - drink their product while going through the tour...definitely more likely to buy it at the end! It... More

Enjoy yourself! Yes, the tour was hot but that NOLA at 4pm in the afternoon. Our tour guide, Jeff (I believe), was very nice and informative. You get to try all 4 of their rums including a 10 year old plus rum being processed. The only suggestion would be for them to offer water between samples. We went from the... More

My shopping days for premium rum are now considered done. I won't look back. If you are a connoisseur of this old libation, the folks here in New Orleans have truly mastered the process of distillation to sooth a diserning palate. Their customer service is excellent and the mail order is a snitch. And I might add that the price... More

I planned a girls trip to New Orleans the weekend of 4th of July. I had set up a tour for us to do July 5 but to our surprise they were closed. No one ever contacted me to let me know that they would not be open for business. We were so disappointed. When I called to ask them... More

The tour is not too extensive, and if you visit in the summer the production area is HOT!! The gathering and tasting area is not much cooler either, so be prepared to sweat. You do get to taste each of their products, and they provide a refreshing rum tea before the tour to help cool you off. We've been on... More

Great value, small facility with entertaining tour (Jeff was fun). Can't give em 5 stars because they never came to get me with the shuttle even though I confirmed it a few hours prior to the tour for pickup in the French Quarter. Ended up cabbing it over and glad I did. Great product and generous samples! Thanks everyone!

This is a small rum making facility and they make you feel welcome. Starts off with a rum tea, which was tasty. They do everything by hand - down to the bottling and labeling. At the end of the tour you are given a small taste of the different types of rum made at the facility. Seeing the water line... More

Was fun. Jeff is a good guy. Rum was good. I was expecting a little more after reading all the reviews although.
