Tropical Isle is the place to go on Bourbon Street for a good strong drink. It was so good that I had two hand grenades. more

First, there are two Tropical Isle bars and the Funky Pirate that are all under the same umbrella. We went to the Tropical Isle closest to Canal on Bourbon. Tropical Isle has a couple of locations on Bourbon St, and they serve up great/large drinks in very fun go cups (not too sweet or syrup heavy as many drinks of this kind are).
