As far as casinos go...I'd go back to Vegas before I'd go back to Harrah's in New Orleans. The staff was not friendly...it took forEVER to get a drink while playing the slots, and speaking of slots....they were THE most frustratingly tight slots I've ever wasted my cash on....Come on folks...ya gotta throw a gambler at least a bone on... more

I was so impressed by the guest service we received at Harrah's. I've been to Vegas several times, Reno twice, Tahoe and smaller casinos in Colorado. I just spent the weekend, staying at the Windsor Court across the street, gambling in the casino. The casino staff, dealers, pit bosses, waiters, and waitresses were all competent and friendly. Lost a little money but had a great time while doing so. more
