The heart of our city is seen through its many other historic neighborhoods, such as the beautiful Faubourg Marigny; and there is no better way to explore them than with New Orleans' original bicycle tour company. Join us as we take you for a bike ride around the old Creole neighborhoods and tell you the stories of the New Orleans that most tourists miss. The ride is relaxed, with plenty of time to ask questions, and a stop along the way at a neighborhood bar where you can find out all you want about local life while drinking a delicious Bloody Mary, if you like. For those who want to delve a little deeper, we offer a tasty Neighborhood Culinary Tour and a Historic Drinking Tour (where you get to indulge as you learn), all travelling through our streets like the locals do, on easy to ride classic cruiser bicycles. « less

Recently went on a great bike tour of New Orleans. Tour was 3 hours, but far less than half was spent actually biking (for those nervous about the biking part) and the City/route couldn't be more flat. Plus there was a beer halfway through. (Score.) The guide (Jeff) was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly enjoyed his mix of historical... More

Like Firesign Theatre once said, "everything you know is wrong"; at least this could apply to our knowledge of the lower 9th ward. This bike tour opened our eyes to both the history of this area, devastated by the flooding following Hurricane Katrina, the strength of its community, and its reconstruction since. I would not have believed it if I... More

Did the Culinary Bike Tour with Victor. Fun way to spend the afternoon. Got to explore neighborhoods that I might not have seen on my own, and got to try restaurants that the typical tourist wouldn't find. It goes without saying that the food was great! Was surprised by how patient and polite drivers were--it's definitely a bike-friendly city. I... More

This is a great way to see parts of New Orleans you probably would not otherwise see. Nick was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about music and the history of New Orleans. If the weather is nice and you are looking for something to do besides drink on Bourbon Street, I would highly recommend taking a tour... More

This was way fun! The cruiser bikes are easy to ride and no hill! Jeff, our guide, took us to some great out of the way spots with terrific food. He was also was very knowledgable about the city and its history. A great way to spend an afternoon in NOLA!

Tour Guide Nick demonstrated his knowledge and passion for this community rebuilding their future in spite of challenges faced by the resilient residents of the lower ninth. A smattering of historical, political, social and musical knowledge and genuine southern hospitality made this tour a real pleasure. Nick looked after his tourists and addressed our individual and diverse needs. I recommend... More

Quite likely the highlight of our NOLA trip - a long bike trip circumnavigating around and thru Lower 9th Ward. My wife and I drove thru the area 6 months after Katrina, saw houses stacked on top of each other, holes in roof as escape hatches, waterline up on roofs. Was horrific. Yesterday, great rebirth of Lower 9th in process.... More

They call it the big easy and with a Confederacy of Cruisers you will learn why and lots more about the history, the easy way. Loads of reviews here will confirm that but for us the biggest plus was learning the best places to visit (Frenchman Street). Lara was brilliant, she really loves her city and telling us on the... Took a two hour tour Creole tour. Great way to extend your viewpoint of the real New Orleans. Cycling on residential streets seeing the many shotgun houses restored to their glory or just being beautiful and vintage. Jeff the owner led the trip and provided insightful and great history of the city, people and culture. Comfy bikes an easy easy... More

Second tour with this company. I think they are great. The highlight of the trip was lunch at the House of Dance and Feathers and spending time with Ronald Lewis. Previously did the Creole Tour, learned so much on both.
