The heart of our city is seen through its many other historic neighborhoods, such as the beautiful Faubourg Marigny; and there is no better way to explore them than with New Orleans' original bicycle tour company. Join us as we take you for a bike ride around the old Creole neighborhoods and tell you the stories of the New Orleans that most tourists miss. The ride is relaxed, with plenty of time to ask questions, and a stop along the way at a neighborhood bar where you can find out all you want about local life while drinking a delicious Bloody Mary, if you like. For those who want to delve a little deeper, we offer a tasty Neighborhood Culinary Tour and a Historic Drinking Tour (where you get to indulge as you learn), all travelling through our streets like the locals do, on easy to ride classic cruiser bicycles. « less

They call it the big easy and with a Confederacy of Cruisers you will learn why and lots more about the history, the easy way. Loads of reviews here will confirm that but for us the biggest plus was learning the best places to visit (Frenchman Street). Lara was brilliant, she really loves her city and telling us on the... Took a two hour tour Creole tour. Great way to extend your viewpoint of the real New Orleans. Cycling on residential streets seeing the many shotgun houses restored to their glory or just being beautiful and vintage. Jeff the owner led the trip and provided insightful and great history of the city, people and culture. Comfy bikes an easy easy... More

Second tour with this company. I think they are great. The highlight of the trip was lunch at the House of Dance and Feathers and spending time with Ronald Lewis. Previously did the Creole Tour, learned so much on both.

Derek, our tour guide, was a genuine history buff from Tulane! We had an amazing time and it was fun for the whole family.

We took the morning Creole tour and had Cassidy for our guide. He was very knowledgable and funny. New Orleans is very flat and we stopped often so the ride was super easy. It was a nice thing to do on our first day to get acclimated and learn about the history of the city. Cassidy also gives culinary tours... More

Jeff and his team at CoC Bike Tours was/is awesome. He was super friendly, super knowledgeable, super laid back and professional without being stiff or weird or stand offish. They LOVE this city of New Orleans, and it shows. I've been coming to NOLA on and off for 20 years and I learned TONS of amazing things on their Creole... More

Did the Foodie Tour this past weekend with Cassidy - hands down our favorite part of this (or our previous) trip to New Orleans. We wanted to get off the beaten path, go to some restaurants that tourists don't ordinarily get to, and learn a little more about the complex history of the city (not just the French Quarter). This... More

I am not putting a "spin" on my review or bike when I tell you this is one of my favorite tours of all time! This is my second tour with the Confederacy. I first took a tour about 5 years ago with the owner Jeff and he was absolutely terrific. I recalled this great experience while visiting in August... More

unless you have a horse and buggy tour to take you up and down the streets, bikes are the next best way- and less expensive, too! You get exercise, you smell the cooking, feel the heat or misty rains, and get to stop when you like- NOLA has put many new bike paths to use and this bike tour gets... More

We took this tour on a girls trip to New Orleans and it was fantastic. Cassidy was our guide and he was friendly, knowledgeable and just all around cool guy. I actually want to do this tour again just because it was so fun and great way to see NOLA. Thanks guys!
