Overture has events for all ages and all interests. Some are free--like Kids in the Routunda on Saturday mornings from October to April.

If you're traveling to Madison and looking for that place where comedians, speakers, orchestras, plays, concerts... this is it. It is beautiful (designed by some fancy architect), and very comfortable. It is top notch.

The Overture Center is a beautiful building and offers some amazing options for shows. My favorite so far was the Blue Man Group! There's something for everyone, and tickets are relatively affordable. I would recommend seeing a show if you're in town!

Beautiful New Center in downtown Madison. The theater had very good seating and acoustics as well. It's easy to get around and plenty of ladies bathrooms too.

We spent the weekend in Madison for a girls weekend, and saw Dirty Dancing. The show was amazing, sound was excellent and truly not a bad seat in the house.

I've taken in 3 wonderful performances here and participated in one! Just the great hall is a wonder in and of itself. I was in awe of it the first time when we saw Phantom there 6 yrs. ago. Since then I had the great pleasure of joining the 9/11 Chorus in a requiem on 2011. I was privileged to... More

Concert was fun, a nice trip back in time. Acoustics were perfect for this concert. Tickets were reasonable, not always the case, some venues are priced out as if they were being performed in New York. Parking convenient.

I've been twice at the Overture Center for the Arts. The first time to visit a photo exposition in the Galleries, which was free, the second to attend the Nutcracker performance at one of the theaters. It's a multifaceted center, that you can visit in different ways and enjoy differently. A modern space hosting also a small shop.

We LOVE the Overture of the Arts. They have a Festival every year. In 2016 they are changing it to January. They have people from all over the world preforming for FREE! It is an all day event with vendors and food vendors representing the different Countries. This is TRULY a can't miss!!
