It was only five bucks to get into the parking garage across the street from the Overture. This is a bargain, considering in other places we could end up paying four, five or six times as much. The lighting in the theater when it was needed was very good. The staff was helpful. It was easy to see the stage... More

Wonderful venue. The restored theater was utterly fabulous. Loved every minute. Already planning our next trip back.

Fantastic acoustics in the Symphony hall and the entire front of the building looks out on State St. and the beautiful Capital of WI!

We've attended several plays and concerts at the Overture Center. We've been seated in many different locations and have not been disappointed with any seat. Buying tickets online is easy, you can either have tickets mailed to you or left at the Will Call location. The lobby is large and the theater is easily found in town. Parking is also... More

My daughter surprised me with tickets to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She purchased tickets rather last-minute, so I was pleasantly surprised by the good location of our seats. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house, whether for seeing or hearing. The Overture Center is celebrating its 10th year anniversary. It still looks brand-new... More

We attended the Madison Rising Stars performance in Madison Wi. at the Overture Center in October. The event showcases upcoming local potential performers. There were dancers, comedians, singers, instrumental performers and more. One performance in particular was by Shlomi Calvo, an Hang Drum expert. Very interesting music and pleasurable not heard by most. The theater was full and the crowd... More

Saw the show Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. While the show itself was good, I feel the $60.00 we paid for the 2nd level seats were a bit pricey. Would see an event here again, but wouldn't pay this amount for the seat location.

I have season tickets plus add-ons so I try to get to the Overture once per month every year. Great sound and great seats and now you can take a beverage inside while you are watching the show.

we have tickets for the broadway series and have great seats. the staff are very friendly and make attending the many plays/shows there. The drinks are a little over priced abut seem to be in line with most events. you are allowed to bring your drinks in to your seat

Right on State Street, the major shopping district, and next to the primary arts building, with a lovely art shop. Renovated into a large city classly center for national and international shows, as well as local theater.
