Went to Brat Fest Memorial Day weekend. Enjoyed it quite a bit. What's not to like? Free music and brats. One big issue however. The FAQ on the Brat Fest official website specifically states, "The Brat Tent, Corn Tent, and Brat Gear Tent all accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash (no checks please)." This is not at all... More

I don't have anything particularly negative to say about Alliant Energy Center formerly known as the Coliseum. I will say that having seen several concerts there the sound tends to be less than ideal due to the overall design of the Coliseum. other events such as Globetrotters are fairly ideal there. so overall they get a luke warm 3 out... The staff here are great. They know what they're doing. We've held a number of events at this location and everything is always set the way it should be. Everything runs like clockwork.

We just went to the Alliant Center for the first time to see the Rv show. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no huge parking lot we had to walk thru to get to the center. We parked right outside the doors. I imagine if we went on the weekend we might not have been so close. But that wasn't... More

Average concert venue - $7 mixed drinks (very small) The venue is getting a little outdated, but still does the trick. Parking is reasonable, but can be quite a hike from the parking lot to the venue. Some concerts allow you to take drinks to your seats and other concerts you can only drink in a small fenced off area.... More

I was here for the Slipknot concert and was very pleased with the venue. Parking was only $7.00, which I found very reasonable. I was also pleased with the amount of parking. I had no problem finding a parking spot and I felt that my car was safe in the lot. The venue itself is easy to navigate and not... More

The only place you can drink beer is inside this little pen, like I'm a damn bull. The beer choices they have are terrible, only two. The beer they do have tastes terrible. Cash only for the beer. Cash only for the parking. Terrible cellular signal. What a dump.

We came from out of state to meet friends and check out the annual Bratfest held at the Alliance Energy Center. The best part of the visit was the run course which went through Willow Island I believe. The festival was ok - there was ample parking and shuttles but not a lot of things to do once you had... I gave a low rating due to the parking not the horse show! We needed handicap parking since my sister has heart and lung issue and was told that it was all filled up so we had to park in the back 40. Was told there was a shuttle but not was seen the whole walk down. There was an... More
