We went to a Mallard's game with a group in town for a wedding and it was the perfect family friendly activity! Lots of options to keep kids of all ages entertained and lots of beer and brats for the adults.

Finally got to check out the Mallards after a couple of years intentions, and its really a fantastic, fun and very family-oriented event. Great announcer who really gets into his job, especially the 'cheese chuck' (where they throw bags of cheese into the crowd, the ziplining Mallard mascot, a grown mens' 'ribbon-dancing contest' and various other great competitions. There's probably... More

My husband & I bring our 8 year old son to these baseball games every year. For the last few years, we've purchased the 7-game packs, which include food and drinks and a free ball cap. We've also chosen bobblehead nights or free giveaways of some sort. I, personally, used to despise baseball and sports, but after coming year after... More

The Mallards put on a great show. Seats are comfortable and the stadium is very clean. There are lots of food vendors, and plenty of beer choices, too. There are playground areas for children, and lots of between-inning events staged by creative interns who must all have a connection to the UW Marching Band, as many of the shenanigans take... More

As they say,"baseball like it ought to be". I totally agree. You don't have to be a baseball fanatic to enjoy all of the antics that go on in this place. Great beer and food too!

There isn't much to not like about attending the Madison Mallards other than maybe the location. Games are affordable, interactive, and entertaining. We enjoyed a date night at a game in July and it was perfect. Food options will suit everyone. While it should be a crime to serve anything other than hot dogs, there are salads, veggie burgers, and... More

If you like baseball and you're in Madison, WI during the summer, go see a Madison Mallards game at The Duck Pond. The Mallard's "pack 'em in"...5000 to 7000 fans for every home game. The baseball's good...the atmosphere is just wonderful. Great concessions, excellent seating. Reasonable prices for tickets, food and brew. And crowds that enjoy watching a real baseball... More

I was a big fan of the Madison Black Wolf and other local teams, but it is easy to see why the Mallards succeed where they failed. If you want to watch a baseball game, you're in luck. But if you just want to be out on a nice day, be flooded with entertainment options for the whole family, fill... More

This summer league franchise for college players is a terrific spot to see some decent baseball. The venue is a throwback as there is definitely nothing fancy about it. But that fact more or less adds to its charm as it takes one back to a previous era before money came to dominate the sport. For a very reasonable price,... More
