This is how it was for us, I have read some awful reviews about this Riverboat. First of all, this isn't The Hampton's, it's Hot Springs Arkansas. Yes, it's a little dated. But my husband and I had a wonderful time. Yes, there is only a few bathrooms, so what your on a riverboat not a yacht. The parking lot... More

Arrival time 8pm. Our seats were next to the bar. So the tune we heard during our arrival after being seated was the sound of the blender; the gruff senior bartender Matt, telling/yelling the young bar 'intern' how to make drinks, and my favorite was the rendition of the elder bartenter yelling to a customer 4 booths back, ' are... Nice and quiet cruise. Narrated scenery and history of area was very interesting. Facilities are worn and tired, but adequate. Price was reasonable. Did sight-seeing cruise only, and bought sandwiches from the attached Gilligan's cafe, sandwiches were good. Snacks available on the cruise as well. Glad we did it.

We took a dinner cruise on the Belle of Hot Springs for a wedding celebration. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. From a customer service perspective I'd give the staff a 5 out of 5. The boat was very very outdated and really needs to be renovated in my opinion. It felt very dirty to me. They had two... More

My 87 y/o mother and I decided to take the afternoon 75 minute cruise while vacationing in Hot Springs. I called in advance for pricing and to inquire about the ease of boarding, explaining that mom was 87 and had to use a walker. I was assured that was not a problem and she would "absolutely be able to walk... More

The ride was the best part of this attraction. We went as a group, the staff was overwhelmingly hospitable with all of us. I ordered the baked chicken and it was ok for a boat ride meal, overpriced though. If not for the wonderful staff and enjoyable ride (I like the way they announce over the speakers many of the... A gentle way to spend an hour. The Captain gave a nice description of the homes, geography & history of the area. Did not take the meal, & the only complaint might be the lack of at least a partial canopy on the top deck to shade you from the worse of the afternoon sun.

My husband thought it would be nice to take the dinner sunset tour for our anniversary. It rained the whole day but slacked off a little allowing us to view a glimpse of the sunset which was nice. Our waitress was nice and we promptly got drinks. The furnishings of the boat are very outdated and it is tiny. We... More

My fiancee and I are taking a very low budget trip before having our first child, and we can't afford to do much. Well he is a huge fan of the old modes of transportation, and has always talked about going on a riverboat like the Belle. We looked at it for this trip but decided it was too expensive.... More

My husband and I went in the dinner cruise and we absolutely loves it!!! The staff was amazing an very personable and the food was excellent, my husband had the ribs that were so tender that the meat was nearly falling off the bone and I had the chicken which was very moist and the best I've ever eaten. Our... More
