This is a grand old dame, but the current owners are not taking care of her! When we boarded her she smelled terrible, I could hardly breathe, so i went up to the top deck for the ride. I decided to use the bathroom before the ride started as it would be easier to maneuver on a still boat as... More

The trip was absolutely beautiful. Sure, the decor was a tad outdated, but it was part of the boat's historic charm. Our waitress, Melissa, was a refreshing delight and the food served on our dinner course was great. I certainly recommend this trip.

Our group took the afternoon ice cream social cruise. It was a great day for being on the lake. Good commentary from the captain about the large houses on the lake and some history. Only down side, I though ice cream social would mean hand dipped ice cream, maybe make your own sundaes, but they only had bars for sale,... More

While the trip was relaxing, the boat is tired and worn down. Definite improvements need to be made especially to the PA system since it is a tour.

Loads through yet another Hot Springs trinket shop. Went for the evening cruise. No meal. Had some nachos and soft drinks. That was enough. We enjoyed the tour of the beautiful lake and did need to stay in the air conditioned eating area until the sun went down behind the trees. After that, we took seats at the front of... More

Bell of Hot Springs was a beautiful relaxing tour of one of the many beautiful lakes in the Hot Springs area. We took the Lunch Cruise, although a meal does not have to be purchased. I had the chef salad my husband had the wrap. the food was not bad but, you should know that they do have a small... More

July 2014, Like several of the reviews I have read, the time on the water was very nice but skip the dinner. I had the ribs, 4 in the slab, all I could eat was 2. Worst ribs I have ever had.

My best friend and I went on this for the lunch time cruise. The food was what you'd expect but wasn't nasty. Then we went upstairs to get a seat after eating. We had a great time looking at all the houses and listening to the guide.

This is how it was for us, I have read some awful reviews about this Riverboat. First of all, this isn't The Hampton's, it's Hot Springs Arkansas. Yes, it's a little dated. But my husband and I had a wonderful time. Yes, there is only a few bathrooms, so what your on a riverboat not a yacht. The parking lot... More

Arrival time 8pm. Our seats were next to the bar. So the tune we heard during our arrival after being seated was the sound of the blender; the gruff senior bartender Matt, telling/yelling the young bar 'intern' how to make drinks, and my favorite was the rendition of the elder bartenter yelling to a customer 4 booths back, ' are...
