We came here years ago and had an awesome time this visit seems like the park has gone downhill. Our last trip there were free sodas and sunscreen which was a nice perk. Waits to get drinks refilled was nuts. Tubes were hard to get in certain areas. One pool smelled like pee. Although I can't complain about the price.... More

We arrived at opening. VIP package saves money just in the cups included. Amusement rides not busy in the first half of the day. We got a cabana near the wave pool (best for small children), had a blast! Wait staff was spread thin, but were very polite and attentive. Well worth the money, Will return next year.

It was over priced and the facility were disgusting had not been cleaned at all No locks on stalls if they even had doors and some had poop in them 5 mins after the gates opened. Wave pool sucked, barely even made a ripple and the food court was severely over priced. The dippin dots were almost $5 for a small... More

Bathrooms were nasty no locks on the doors if they had doors at all. Dirty toilets. Outrageous prices for parking and tickets. Food court was over priced $10 for a burger and fries.

Perfect for all ages. My husband and daughter loved the big rides and my 3 year old grandson loved the childrens rides and he especially loved the pools. The food was very expensive.

Waterpark and amusement park could use more rides for children under 48 inches but it still was great fun. Some rides had dress codes, other than that it was fun.

We love coming to Magic Springs & Crystal Falls!! Buying season tickets before opening weekend is your best value as they are less expensive and include large souvenir cups (refillable all season long for $1.00) and bring a friend passes. Just going twice more than pays for the season pass. Concerts on the weekends, movie nights once a month, fireworks... More

We spent a full day here and loved it! Plenty of different activities to keep a family of 5 (kids 6-9 and parents) busy and not bored! Kids loved the FloRider, slides, wave pool etc. Didn't stay for 'movie night' but we are already considering a return trip to the Hot Springs area and will plan a day around this... More

It's okay to take your kids to have something to do during the summer to keep you from having to drive out of state, but priced high for what you get. Pool, lazy river, etc..........could use some deep cleaning. We go occasionally, but not a must for us.

I thought I had thourughly reviewed everything online before our 6 hour drive to this amusement park but the prices online were VERY different once we arrived. First of all you have to pay $10 to park and they have parking attendants that will direct you to park and let me tell you they squeeze you in. Door ding city!... More
