Jeff was our tour guide. He is well spoken & told lots of great stories about supposed haunted places in the area. I thought we'd be a little more "hands on" but due to insurance requirements and potential lawsuits we weren't allowed in any of the buildings. We would just stand outside and in the case of the old army-navy... More

We had a great time on this tour. The history and spooky stories were very interesting, and we took some great photos. We went back to the hotel and researched the stories we heard!

We did this tour first thing and it was great. We learned a lot of historical background, some of it embellished I'm sure. It was fun, informative and we'd definitely do it again. Wear comfy walking shoes and bring your camera!

This is probably one of the worst ghost tours in the US because ghost are a minor focus of this tour. Ghost stories from Hot Springs have been featured on several TV shows over the years so the material does exist but you won’t hear about these stories on this tour and don’t worry about even small children being scared... We took the 8pm tour with our two kids. Jeff did a great job. It was interesting to hear about some of the spolly history of the Hot Springs area. We even had a property owner come out and give there haunted experiences and even showed her photos. If you like history this is a must. Thanks Jeff.

We took an 8 o'clock tour during the week and had a great guide in Jeff. At first our group looked to be pretty small, but then a girl scout troop showed up and we were now a crowd. The guide was very knowledgable and kept everyone entertained. The younger crowd may have prevented us from hearing some really "adult'... More

Our Tour Guide Jeff was awesome!! Only had to walk few blocks on the tour! Take lots of pictures you might catch something!! The stories are true! So much history in downtown hot springs! Would do it again for sure! They even tell current stories! You wont look at downtown the same way again! So cool!

We asked our preteen son for his favorite attraction on a recent jaunt to Hot Springs. His reply: "I'm not sure" (sign of a good trip), but this tour was a top contender. The tour is a 90+ minute walk along 3-4 blocks of downtown Hot Springs (and back) with several stops near supposedly haunted buildings. Our guide, Jeff,is clearly... More

As a professor of history, I must say this tour was amazing!!! I've researched everything mentioned in the tour, and it was all actual history of Hot Springs. It took some deep digging, but my research confirmed everything covered in this tour. I've taken it 3 times, and the best tour was with the owner, but he doesn't guide the... More

My family of five and our best friends (also family of five) visited Hot Springs during Spring Break 2013. The three teenagers had been asking to go on the Haunted Tour from day one, so my best friend and I and our kiddos (5 people total) went on the tour. The stories were very interesting and the tour guide did... More
