WEll the kids liked it but honestly the wax figures weren't very real looking. It is an old building and smells funny but it was good for the kids.

Has been a longtime favorite of my family. It does show its age in places but that is part of the charm. My son and his wife really liked it. Her first time and his...must be 20th or more. Price is still reasonable and there are coupons available around town if you look for them. Try hotels, motels and welcoming center.

Facility needs to be updated. Displays are old and not well displayed. The admission cost is expensive compared to what you see,

Old and dated but me and my 11 year old had a blast. The gift shop could have had related stuff that says "Hey we've just been to the wax museum!" Instead a bunch of crappie made in China rip offs that had nothing to do with a wax museums.

Sure, it's outdated and smells musty and yes, the wax figures are poorly crafted but it's still fun. As long as you go in knowing that it's crap, you're going to have a good time AND you don't have to deal with a crowd.

Just returned from Hot Springs yesterday from a five day vacation with my husband, 19 year old son and 14 year old nephew. Hands down, this place was the unintended highlight of the trip and my nephew could not stop talking about it the entire time we were in Hot Springs...it's so bad it's good! Fair warning: The wax museum's... More

Having gone here is in the 1970s, I expected a dirty old place. I was very surprised and I enjoyed the wax museum. It has some out dated exhibits but most are historical or fantasy so it was current if you looked at it that way.

We were walking around downtown Hot Springs, looking for something to do with my 13 year old son and his friend and decided to check out this place. I have seen pictures where others have been to wax museums and the wax figures looked great and life-like. Let me get to the point. This place smelled bad, the wax figures... More

(1) Not "official" wax figures meaning they don't have consent from the actual person whose figure it is. No wonder it's cheap/amateur quality stuff inside. (2) Smells badly of mold. Old! Old! Old! Old! Old! Old! Very old! Did I mention old? (3) Total tourist trap! Don't fall for the huge signs! Like others have mentioned, the figures don't look... More

I think this is where real wax museum rejects come to die. The displays are old, dusty, dark, poorly maintained and flat out creepy. No one looks like their intended character. SKIP IT!
