It's old

This place is a time capsule of old Hot Springs. The displays are all old and they look old. That was actually what made it interesting. They have some modern displays, but... read more

We were walking around downtown Hot Springs, looking for something to do with my 13 year old son and his friend and decided to check out this place. I have seen pictures where others have been to wax museums and the wax figures looked great and life-like. Let me get to the point. This place smelled bad, the wax figures... More

(1) Not "official" wax figures meaning they don't have consent from the actual person whose figure it is. No wonder it's cheap/amateur quality stuff inside. (2) Smells badly of mold. Old! Old! Old! Old! Old! Old! Very old! Did I mention old? (3) Total tourist trap! Don't fall for the huge signs! Like others have mentioned, the figures don't look... More

I think this is where real wax museum rejects come to die. The displays are old, dusty, dark, poorly maintained and flat out creepy. No one looks like their intended character. SKIP IT!

Ok this place looked the same with dust and all as when I was young. The only new thing added was Clinton and Obama wax figure. Bad job on Louis Armstrong because his hands were completely 10x different color than his face. Martin Luther King didnt look nothing like that. Elvis was on point and the fairy tale characters. Should... More

It's some what nice, with some updated people. But other than that it's just plain creepy and old from the bottom to the top.

Yikers...I've known of this place since I was a tiny little girl. It was horrible as a kid and now it's dusty and horrible. Bluh... There used to be a great ice cream shop downstairs to make up for the slap-dash attempt at wax statues, but it's been replaced by a non-descript T-shirt shop. Most of the area on this... More

It is a must see when you come to Hot Springs. Josephine Tussauds Wax Museum is located across the street from the Arlington Hotel Resort on Central Drive in the heart of the historic Bath House Row. There are at least 100 wax replicas of the US Presidents, French and British Royalty, Alice in Wonderland, movie stars, scenes of torture... More

It was a bit old, and had a musty smell. The building had a lot of history. We had a lot of fun, and really enjoyed seeing all the different wax figures. I'd recommend checking it out. There is a section for adults only, (graphic torture and monsters) but it's sectioned off so you can skip it if you have... More

This place is a time capsule of old Hot Springs. The displays are all old and they look old. That was actually what made it interesting. They have some modern displays, but even they look old. If you're going to do this, you MUST get the pass with all the other stuff on it. Go carts, mini golf, duck ride,... More

Not sure if I'm spoiled from after visiting Ripleys wax museums but this wasn't worth the $10 per person in my opinion. The quality just wasn't there and the tour is small.
